Walmart Pharmacy

Pharmacy Tech Robin helped me out tremendously when I came in to pick up a script the doctor ordered. Robin used her professional expertise to help me get a good price on my medication and clear up an issue concerning a previous visit. In my opinion, Pharmacy Tech Robin went above and beyond the scope of duty to ensure her customer was happily satisfied. Whoever made the decision to hire her, THANK YOU!

One the gems in this store is the Pharmacy. I have had all different staff that have been amazing. Not only for me but I’ve seen them go out of their way to make sure customers are help and able to get what they need. I don’t think this is a easy job and they are always able to handle customers with professionalism.

Since this Walmart open I will never go to the Brentwood location again. This location is clean, you get through check out quick and the people are really nice. The management at the Brentwood location has no idea how to hire good employees. They are slow, they have personal conversations with each other while checking you out. The store is dirty, and you wait in lines forever. Walmart should be ashamed of this store. If I was in control the entire staff would be fired and all new brought in including management.

I always have a wonderful experience at Walmart Pharmacy. I had cancer and the staff playing my medicines to me in detail many times. Honestly the only problem I have with Walmart Pharmacy if that fits inside the Walmart store.

Extremely slow in drive thru. The only thing I can think of is people are bringing paper prescriptions to the window & while us who are just picking up have to wait 30 minutes. They should tell them to come back or ask them to come in the store. 30-45 minutes in the drive up is unacceptable.
