Super cool. I work at home depot, so wanted to see this place. I like their layout of store better on most counts. I work in lumber. All of their lumber is outdoors. I wouldn't like that. But during the Christmas season they have a tinsel town area that's really cool and the girlfriend loved.

This is a really nice local home improvement store. What makes it stand out is the amount of customer service reps walking the floor. Every 30 ft, an employee is asking if they can help you find something. And they are knowledgeable in their department. I'm new to Eugene and my neighbor told me to go to Jerry's for my gardening needs. Come to find out they have a lot of stuff there. It's like a home Depot but a lot more personal. They have a really good displays and organization. The personal touch is the customer service. My gardening customer service rep was able to answer all my questions on how to use weed killer, and I asked for a lot of instruction on how to use and when to use. He also found me a better deal as one of the weed killers was on clearance. Very nice and informative.I was on crutches and I needed help bringing out a bag of weed killer, and a guy came quickly to push my card out to my car. They're very kind here.
My neighbor said that they would price match anything. So shop here, bring an ad if you're looking for a good price and they'll match the price from a home Depot Walmart or Bi-Mart.

I’ve been having a hard time finding tile for my shower niche/ bathroom renovation and drove from Roseburg to see what they had. They do not have a “shopping” website, so if you want to see what they have you need to make the drive. It’s May and the parking lot is lined with beautiful pink Cherry Blossoms. When you walk into the store it is so neatly set up. They have things all over the place, but the design aspect is carefully thought out. It’s a cool home improvement store. As for tile, they have an aisle with a selection of tile, then they have a large selection of samples from local tile companies tiles. When you find one you are interested in, you tell the store clerk and they will look up the price for you. Overall, a very nice Home improvement store with a great selection.

From the professional contractor to the weekend do it yourself projects, I personally appreciate the staff. Almost 100 percent of the people who are in a given department have been either a contractor themselves or someone who has been in the trades. They are not trying to sell you something, they are getting the right tools or product for a successful job completion. Their inventory is well stocked and at a very reasonable, competitive price.

Jerry’s is the best home improvement store around. It has the helpful knowledgeable staff and small town feel of your local hardware store. Yet it has the selection and prices that compete with the two big chain hardware stores.

Customer service is top notch and they are very good at returns as well. Even as a smaller business they will NOT be undersold and they gladly price match other stores including online.

None of the big name stores had Christmas lights mid December little no selection, however Jerry's had a huge selection and the employees we're friendly and helpful with choosing a good set of lights on a decent price range.

I think it's a good store with a good prices and service compared to home Depot sometimes they have savings sometimes they don't, u can find whatever you want and need and plants are chip and really cute.

Who doesn't already know Jerry's is the place to go for all home improvement needs?
They keep their prices competitively low and promise to match a cheaper price founded elsewhere.
Not all the staff are super knowledgeable, but many are, and it doesn't take long to find a person with the info you need.
I'll visit a closer business if I'm in a hurry, know exactly what I need, and know it'll be there.
But, Jerry's 2 locations are worth the drive if you want the best price or need help finding the perfect item among multiple options.
And they're local!

I absolutely love Jerry's so many things there you can choose from to do for your house. And the staff is very knowledgeable what they do in their department.

I love this place. They are so nice, and helpful. You can tell people are happy working there, and their prices are comparable to big box retailers. The garden center has a great selection of healthy plants too

They literally have everything here u need!! It all starts right outside the front door and then sweet old man handing out grocery carts!! I can count on employees for answers and loading up heavy stuff!! In the store and to my car!! Staff is quick and happy to help!! The workers are really friendly...im thinking the prices are average but they do have really good sales. Too!! It's my go to store for house repairs, garden things, indoor plants, cleaning supplies, lacquer and my favorite jelly beans!! They're really fast and of course using safe practices!! Love my Jerrys

Wow! So impressed with this place! Everyone is friendly and helpful and their selection blows Lowes and Home Depot away! Especially their hardwoods and plywood - I love not having to go to a proper lumber yard just to get a few pieces of cherry or a decent sheet of plywood to finish out project. And I super appreciate their military discount being easy to use! Just moved to the area and this is my primary home store by a long shot now!

Almost always the best selection of most items. Price matching is always no problem. More than once ive gone to Jerry's looking to price match something DeWalt and it was already on sale cheaper than competition anyways. Can't beat the selection though, Not in this county.

Lots of stuff for projects: electrical, plumbing, flooring, bathroom, remodeling, deck, nail, screws, nuts, bolts, tools. Also, a lumber yard and garden center. There are plenty of parking and food options in front of the store.

Always greeted by friendly and knowledgeable workers. You can get in and out of there quickly, with exactly what you're looking for. You can't beat their prices either.

I just stopped in there the other day to checkout their Tinseltown Christmas display.

This is the best home improvement store I have ever been to. I went to Jerry's for a Japanese maple tree and was so shocked on just how many different options they had, not only in Japanese maples but also flowers and veggies/ fruit! Their prices are good also. The employees were helpful in finding me what I needed also

The obvious reason to shop at Jerry's is that it's not a mega chain, the less-obvious reason to shop at Jerry's is it's the only place within 2hrs of Newport to get an illusive *Chrimstas* cord or a trager correctly sized for a six-year-old! All joking aside I love Jerry's, made me secret duplicate keys for my father in laws truck no questions asked, had a 36' telescoping pole for killing spiders from a safe distance, etc. Everything Jerry's has or does is just a little bit "extra". On my last hardware store adventure to Eugene, the orange and blue stores each had about three bathroom towel racks in stock, Jerry's had about 20, Thanks Jerry's!

Great experience today thanks to Jim In Electrical department. I would say the thing that sets Jerry’s apart from the other big box stores is that their staff actually has knowledge. My experience at HD for example consists of random hires with no knowledge other than what their phone search tells them. Better head to Jerry’s as they say.
