Publix Pharmacy at Palmetto

Ryan, the pharmacist at Publix in Palmetto Fl., was great.
He was kind, informative, good natured & gave me the quickest no-pain 2nd Covid booster on Sunday.

Brianna went out of her way to help me get a script filled that has been bouncing back and forth from dr to insurance company for authorization- if has been over a year without this medication - she is the type of associate that will keep me using Publix pharmacy . Big thank you

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Both the pharmacy manager (female) and the assistant pharmacy manager (male) are wonderful. They always go above and beyond to make sure I have my medication. I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with these guys. Thank you!!!

This is a great pharmacy, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their auto refill program is top notch and their skills with OTC products is outstanding.

Great pharmacy. Always have my prescriptions done in a timely fashion. The service at drop off can be a little delayed that is my only negative comment.

I truly understand we have an opioid epidemic and there are rules set to help fight this. How about YOU share these rules with the customer if they are gonna be that specific. I dropped off a few days ago, then I was told it will be ready the 27th. WE have a possible hurricane headed this way hence I have alot of work to do to prepare. Getting hot and sweaty then going to the store is not a good plan. So since they open at 11 . Ill do some house work go to pharmacy around 11 then go back and get busy. So I waste gas go to pharmacy and then am told this kind of drug is only filled between 2 and 3 pm. WOW thanks for the heads up. That works out great for me now. Im glad you have rules but a heads up would have helped me get stuff done. I know your not paid to be considerate or have common sense, which is it is in the middle of a sunday when alot of people are doing yard work or other things etc... Plus Monday most people work all day and could really care less to add more to their day after work. Look I get it rules are rules. We cant plan our life and follow your rules if you dont share them. CVS will be my go to from now on they dont seem to have these rules which treats everybody like they are drug addicts except for 2-3 pm daily. Thanks for screwing up my day.

Worst pharmacy...period. scripts never ready when they say and absolutely no customer service.
