Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

Wow!!! This hotel really is sweeter than the Gelato it serves. I loved the different boutiques. The service was 5 stars as everyone was nice, conversed with our group, and made sure everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and had amazing air purification systems because it wasn't too smokey. The games were good and the waitresses were amazing. Next time, we are booking here

Five stars, five stars, five stars. I've stayed here four times, and it's just a fun hotel. It checks all the boxes for all different kinds of trips. Even after 4 trips I'm still exploring the hotel. It's has a lot to offer. The food, the customer service, the rooms, the gym, they're all awesome.

We stopped by to check out the casino and hotel overall and had lunch at the deli in the casino. Good food and fast service. The hotel is VERY nice, much better than the Silver Legacy. The casino area is massive and clean, has plenty of staff, feels safe, and has tons of light and massive screens with the most amazing landscapes circulating. Large pool area. This hotel feels like a Vegas hotel, not a throwback Reno hotel. The casino did get smoky as the day went along. Many restaurants and shopping within the casino. If we visit Reno again, we will definitely stay here vs The Row.

Always a great place to stay. I’d say the best casino hotel in Reno. Beautiful rooms. The wife gambles, I don’t. But I enjoy the beautiful casino screens with beautiful videos from all over the world. Cafe is great but when are you bringing the buffet back?

Good environment and good energy if you want a crowd that believes they're going to win. Hit a jackpot first thirty minutes of arriving so really didn't get to explore the whole place but overall it was the best casino so far I've been to in Reno. Not just because of the win but it was cleaner and had a more of a winner's vibe than the rest.

Ived stayed here a few times for work trips and always have a wonderful experience. The service here is top notch! We ended up having a delayed flight and didn't arrive to the airport until around 3AM. We were having trouble getting a cab to pick us up but the hotel happened to send the shuttle to get us (which was well past it's operating hours). Greatly appreciated the staff member who was able to assist us! Always my #1 choice of where to stay for business!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is a beautiful place and I have enjoyed both stays. I highly recommend their sauna shower suites as there is nothing better than streaming yourself after a long day. The restaurants are great! Only drawback that I can speak of is that the food and drinks are extremely expensive.

We can't say enough good things about the Peppermill staff ❤ they go above and beyond and are so detail oriented. Truly blown away. One of the best customer experiences I've had post covid. Can't wait to come back!! The amenities are gorgeous and the mountain view from our room was stunning!

Was only there for a board meeting I don't Gamble. Casino was quite large. Food was good. We had a small meeting room and there's a $30 up charge for the HDMI cable to drive the big screen in the meeting room. We used small meeting room just off one of the restaurants.

I went to the Spa to utilize their "Birthday Package" and I can't say enough good things about my masseuse, Johnathan! He was beyond accommodating, had excellent pressure and made me feel incredibly comfortable the entire service! I've been to numerous Casino Spas here in town and Peppermill still stands out among the rest, especially with amazing employees like Johnathan! Can't wait to rebook with him again! Thank you, Spa Toscana!

I just visited the casino and grabbed dinner. So I can't speak to the rooms. The casino is definitely the nicest one I've visited in Reno. I ate at the high end Italian place it it was top three pasta dishes I've ever eaten. And I travel non stop so that's high praise. The service was excellent as well. I felt like I was receiving the kind of service I would expect for the prices which is rare in many casinos nowadays. I'll certainly return to try some of the other restaurants on property and hopefully stay sometime.

Had an excellent time. I was staying in the North Wing and parking, dining, and gaming. I immediately found the layout fairly confusing, though could see getting it on the second visit. Room was small and far away, but clean and ornate. Doing it again, I would stay in the main tower. Gaming was great. Had $10 tables which gives your money a little more runway. Casino was heavily slots, but I stuck to the table games. Not crowded, servers came around with drinks often, and dealers were polite and fun.

Went for a company Christmas party - setup, service and food were fantastic. Not as loud and chaotic as some other venues. Lighting was good too all night. Hotel is always fabulous -rooms are large and well appointed. Amenities are easy to access. And if you like to gamble, they have everything.

Great size rooms. Relatively quiet hotel area. Some of the bars and bartenders you could tell it's a job. Overall good place to stay will return

Extremely nice place to stay. The room was perfect. The service was quick. It was very easily found with plenty of parking.

We ate at chi restaurant for my birthday. The food was great and so was our waitress. I even got a huge piece of coconut cake with a candle on it. Also, I'm allergic to garlic and black pepper, and my daughter has to be gluten-free. They made all the dishes free of the allergens. They also have gluten-free appetizers.

By far the best hotel in Reno. The staff is always friendly, the gym is clean and there’s a complimentary steam room which is a life saver in the winter.

The casino is nice with a good enough selection of slots, but most important is the rooms. I stay in the Tuscany tower and do patio suites each year, but I’ve done normal too. The beds and pillows are exactly what I need to sleep. The toiletries are fantastic too and the cleaning staff is perfection.

If you’re traveling with kids, there’s an arcade to keep them busy.

I love the peppermill. The rooms are beautiful and just what the doctor ordered. The staff on the casino floor are so friendly and welcoming. They made my experience very personable and memory worthy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time or to relax

Incredible in size, features, rooms, location, new looking and friendliness. There is a calmness as I enter the property. It seams that everyone is engaged in an activity they are enjoying and want to continue. I asked for directions when inside and an employee walked us to exactly where we needed to go, also where the elevators are located. Easy to park to enter the Casino.
We went from Fallon, Nevada to the Peppermill in Reno, Nevada. I used Google Maps to get there and return home at night.

When going to Reno Nevada this is the place to stay.
I am a long time customer i use to go there twice a year,
but since covid restrictions we stop going for about 3 years.
however on 12/25/23 we decided to go back to this beautiful place, it is family oriented, lots of slots from one cent to high limits, Place is extremely clean, the beverage runners are friendly. the best thing slots are not tight like some other casino ,
like the one across the street, Peppermill personnel are very professional, The rates at this location are a bit stiff but if you plan ahead of time you might get some great discount rates.
i highly recommend this place is the BEST IN RENO.
I am looking forward to book my next winter vacation at Peppermill.
