My key some how fell off my key ring while I was down in Phoenix for the holiday. Got back to my apartment around 6 am realized I was going to need a lock smith got in contact with a dispatcher and they sent me Justin who was fantastic.he arrived very quickly and got to work immediately after I showed proof of residency. Justin was super understanding of my situation and friendly he had the door open in under 20 mins which was great he provided me with information on a new locking system that I asked about and was respectful and professional. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a lock smith thanks Justin.

Justin was very polite & professional. now we can all feel safe and sleep a little better. Justin tackled 16 different locks and a variety of styles in a very timely manner. We had an extremely difficult European lock that the original installer/contractor seemed to do something odd to, this made rekeying extremely difficult, however with Justin’s persistence and diligence he was successful in rekeying. I would highly recommend Justin A+++

I had a wonderful experience with Clarence. He was extremely responsive, and set a time that worked perfectly for both of us, that also didn't keep me waiting forever. I felt he was very honorable and transparent with his communication regarding payment, and then he did a really good job fixing both of our locks. Martin was very down to earth and had a great attitude. He showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly helped me get into my car. He really did help end what seemed to be a long bad day in to a better night.
