Big Lots

Went there twice in one week. Actually, in 10 years. I always forget about this place but it's a really cool store. I have to mention there was a gal handling the register, and she was amazing . Friendly helpful saved me a ton of money. Really engaged in my needs, which made me go back again for Christmas tubs. Another great cashier. People need to think big lots more often as do I, and the marketing rep should be fired and someone new should step in for big lots marketing department. 😉

Another store I regret not doing a lot of holiday shopping in. I was actually in to look for Valentine's items, but went through the after christmas merchandise as well. I only bought a few things, but its clear now that the quality of items at Big Lots has greatly improved and I need to go back!!

Customer service is amazing, and everyone seems to be super helpful. The store has been a little disorganized, and items are everywhere on the shelves. Which can make it hard to locate something. Definitely a location I will return to as they will help you find what you need.

It's always a pleasure visiting Big Lots. This store in particular is neat, well organized, and expertly managed with an emphasis on customer service and product knowledge. Every one of the employees, from the store manager to the cashier, to the floor staff acknowledged me, greeted me or offered to help me.

I mean, that's classy. Is this a flagship store, I wonder? If not, it should be.

There was a sense of urgency, but it was also a comforting shopping experience. Keep up the good work!

Been going to big lots for years. Always find bargains.

A nice clean area and good stuff for anything you need within reason. Very helpful staff and I did not find everything on my list but good selection and I found a new product there of already made cold coffee in can.

Great store with nice and friendly staff.

I mostly looked around at toys and Christmas things but it looked like they had nice furniture and lots of other things. Right now toys were buy one get one 50% off so good pricing. There wasn't as much of a selection of clothes as I thought there would be or toys but they did have some nice things.

Wow! Very surprised with the amazing quality Easter decor. Great location, staff was very friendly and I left with much more than I ever expected to. Love this location.

Great selection of good quality beds, at an amazing price. The sales associate Tori was amazing. Went out of her way to help us with our needs. What a wonderful experience. Will definitely go here again, and highly recommend to others.

Great store & employees are awesome & very laid back. Especially have to give props to a specific employee by the name of Orin. He has a beautiful, unique soul with a zen vibe & sweet personality. It's always a pleasure to see him while coming in for a quick shopping trip. I'll continue coming here as I have been for years.

I have always been treated with courtesy and care. I save a lot of money and the products are first rate. The only negative is sometimes I can't find what I want. But that's not their fault. The store only has so much room. So thank you Big Lots.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everytime i go in there i come out with a bunch of awesome stuff i did not intend to buy. The prices are awesome and i love their pet section. Employees have always been nice. Parking has been good most time so i have no complaints about this store.

I hadn't been to a Big Lots since I was a kid, and either I got the wrong impression back then or they've seriously improved in the intervening years. It's a small, surprisingly high-quality department store.

Big Lots is almost like a dollar store that doesn't restrict itself based on price. Therefore, it fixes all of the problems with a dollar store, but it has a similar variety of products in a similarly sized space. This is a great thing. I'm happy I visited, and it's now an important resource for me.

This place is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. Customer service is great, too! They always have some kind of deals goin on, too. 🙌

Great customer service, decent prices, clean store

I decided to come to Big Lots instead of Walmart and sure am happy I did, was looking to get a featherweight Bissell vacuum that was at Walmart, exact same thing at Big Lots but, less people. Big Lots employees were very helpful, nice, and the store was well organized and very clean. I am happy with the service at Big Lots compared to Walmart. Thanks Big Lots for a great experience. I look forward to shopping with you in the future.
