The drain in my basement was backing up, within 30 minutes of calling the tech was at my house and less than an hour later the clog was cleared. He was very courteous and had our emergency fixed quick. Would definitely call them again. 👍 Our tech was Dwayne (spelling could be wrong, sorry!) and he was great.

Backed up sewer line the day before Thanksgiving. Tree street. Old house. Tree roots. Fast and professional service. Guys were great! Highly recommend!

I would like to update the review I did previously. This plumber Josh was amazing and quick. Also not as expensive as I expected. Now I can finish the rest with insurance. Took Josh 20ish mins to fix my hot water line. I would definitely recommend them. Now that I can finish insurance things I may be calling them to fix my duct work.

I called another company first and they said there was nothing wrong with my furnace even though it kept cutting off. Then I called Chester and they found the problem and fixed it promptly. Five stars.

Great service. Techs Josh and Austin were very professional and worked quickly to change my kitchen faucet and fix tub drain. Great price. Josh even talked to my home warranty people to make sure it was authorized. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again. Office personnel on phone were great too.

Erich was so very friendly and understanding on what we were going through with our old furnace. He fixed the issue I was having very quickly but he also made sure once we turned it off and back on to ensure it was going to stay feeding heat to my freezing house. Thank you Erich for servicing us and ensuring it was safe to do so as well! I do want to add that he explained the process of each individual item on my furnace and what I needed to look for in the future, etc. He’s a great teacher!

We had water backing up in our shower. On a Saturday afternoon. Someone called us right away. Someone came out within 2 hours. We were so grateful to get someone on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you.

I called Charles Chester Plumbing with a suspected issue and no hot water. They got us scheduled and someone to our house within an hour and a half and fixed the issue in a timely matter too. We will definitely use this company in the future. Both employees that we dealt with during this process, the woman on the phone and the tech that came to our house, were very nice and professional.

I had a laundry sink installed. Techs were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Install was well done and the area left clean. I will call Chester's again and highly recommended their services.

Absolutely blown away by Chesters Plumbing!! Very highly recommend!! Not only did they save me $600 but they came and replaced my water heater the very next day! They even helped me clean up the mess left from the old one and gave me 20 min to paint behind the new one before he installed it! The office lady was SOOO nice and helpful and the installer was so kind and even nice to my two year old who wouldn’t stop asking questions! Bill came to Montello to clear a clogged sewer. I have never had to call for help but after 3 days trying to clear it out by myself. I called Chester, when bill showed he was very professional and within two hrs he cleared up the mess. Excellent service. Thank you.

Our blower motor went out in our furnace in the early hours of a December morning. It was 9 degrees outside. I called Chester Plumbing and Heating and was directed to an answering service, who took care of putting us on the schedule for the day. Our furnace was as good as new by mid-afternoon!

5 star working men... They are way too expensive... but these guys worked their tails off. No slackers employed here. They stayed until they got a very rough job done. Very expensive... but I am very glad I called them. Thank you guys!

The gentleman was very nice and very respectfu.I called in the morning and they came later that morning and fixed the toilets.I'd highly recommend them.

My sewer started backing up and Chester plumbing came out that day to fix and had it fixed very fast.
