Lowe's Home Improvement

This Lowes us a great store. They have a fabulous woman named Britt who works the front desk. This woman went out of her way to help me with a problem. I was trying to make a payment on my credit card, and it kept coming up. I didn't have one.. Then I list a 500.00 gift card. She found it and put it up in Lowes safe for me. I really needed that card because there had been fraud on my bank account, and they won't let me have a debit card for a year. My money needs to be on visa gift cards. I am so grateful for Britt. She brings great honor to Lowes.

Beautiful plants and flowers. They have patio furniture is marked down. Very beautiful looking patio furniture also. Nice flags for your flag poles. All type of bug sprays for outdoors and for your body. I like Lowe's home improvement store.

I stopped by here today to get something for a family member as a gift. We were walking around to inspect all of the prospective gifts. While we walked around we saw several sale items in the weekly flyer. We decided to get a few more items in addition to the gift we were originally trying to get. The cashier was great when working with us to get our items scanned and paid in full. The walking areas were unobstructed and the storage areas were fairly well cleaned for viewing and selection.

We had a refrigerator delivered a couple of weeks ago the 2 men who came were so polite and well mannered we need more young people in this world who have manners thank you

Came in for a few things. Everyone was very helpful, especially the military veteran gentleman working paint and the cashier gentleman in the wheelchair. Today for some reason I was not given my 5% off for using my lowes Amex at the register

Purchased a white vinyl fence from Lowe's which took about 5 months to get but well worth the wait. The fence is so nice! It was installed through Lowe's by CAPITAL HOME SOLUTIONS LLC and they did an excellent job! We also purchased a new garage door from Lowe's and we love our new garage door!!! It was installed through Lowe's by Ben with Georgia Garage. He was on time and did an awesome job!! I highly recommend Lowe's for purchasing a vinyl fence and garage door!!
Good prices! Love the plant selection! The sales people are very helpful and friendly!

Once again, GREAT associates!! This time we brought our 3-month old Chow Chow pup in to socialize her and everyone was welcoming and knew how to approach her without scaring her...some even got down to play with her! Thank you for being pet-friendly!! 🐾😊

Service was GREAT!! We were looking for a new Garage light and couldn't find it anywhere we looked. Up came one of your associates and BOOM, in a matter of seconds he had it! I wish I would have gotten his name bacuase he needs a raise!! As my Gramdma used to say "We were so close to it, if it had of been a snake it would have bitten us!!"
He just popped up to help, I guess because we looked like we were totally lost and BINGO, he found it in literally seconds and then instead of giving us one where the box was dented, he found a prestine one and let me tell you, our garage is now super bright!!
We can't thank him enough for his help and kindness!! (I really wish I had gotten his name! He def deserves recognition for his help!!)

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Corey in the garden dept and thank him for finding and loading all of the heavy bags of rubber mulch for me! He was so very helpful and respectful to this 62yr old grandma!!! I loved talking with him and hope all of his plans for his future success in life come to fruition.

Well stocked nice variety of lights set up which..makes me want to buy new indoor lighting. Staff doesn't stop for a lost wanderer or even slow down. Unfortunate as the more questions you answer the more products you will sell. Smokers and grills are impressive, I'll be back. Proces are average to moderately high.

Went in to have a key made and it was a super pleasant experience. Lori was very sweet!

I went to this location on May 31 to purchase a Samsung refrigerator. I was assisted by an amazing young man named Myles. I was coming from work, so I did not get to the store until 30 minutes before closing. Myles was the only one working in the appliance department and he had two other customers before me. However, he was patient and professional with each us. Even though it was closing time Myles was committed to giving me outstanding service. He addressed all of my questions and handled my purchase with ease and confidence. Lowes you truly have a rare find in this young man. He is hard working and takes pride in his job and Lowes customers. I respectfully ask that management recognize this fabulous employee AND Myles thank you again for a Job Well Done! You are truly an asset to an company, so always know your worth and value!!! BTW my fridge was delivered on Sunday and the delivering guys were great as well. Unfortunately, after unwrapping my new fridge it has some scratches on the inside freezer. I contacted customer care and this matter was quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Sometimes things happen, but Lowes is ALWAYS committed to making it right!!!!

Today I was in Lowe's Newnan, GA 30263 helping a neighbor by screws. "Colin" helped us and gave EXCELLENT Customer Service by going above and beyond helping. He was patient, cheerful and respectful! Thanks Colin!! He is an asset to Lowe's!

Plenty of carts for lumber. The people on the floor were very helpful and pleasant. We found what we needed without any issues and checkout was fast and easy. The store was clean and stocked well.

It's always busy at Lowe's in Newnan! I'm bias because in 1995 i helped open this Lowes! Left in 2001 to move to PA!! We shopped in the garden center and the young lady in the cactus overalls(so cute!!) Was very helpful and knowledgeable about the flowers. Its still a great store!!

The staff was incredible professional and helpful had everything I needed and more. Its not a small business but its not online and its people helping people. I feel like a human shopping and buying from humans. 11/10 great experience!
