KAP Mechanical always gets the job done fast and at reasonable prices. They are knowledgeable and honest. I will not hesitate using them again in the future.

Our furnace went out and KAP was able to install a new furnace for us within a day with no hassles. KAP employees arrived when they said they would and were very professional and answered my questions. I would highly recommend KAP for your repairs.

Was straight forward with details.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and had parts on hand to fix it.

You guys may want to get a new receptionists. She was for short and non informative and doesn't sound like she wants to be there. We would have liked to give your services a try, but not with who is answering your phones.

Very unprofessional, didn't value me as a customer, kept canceling appointments and full of excuses as to why they couldn't come by. After a week of dealing with them I found another company that was able to install a new water heater the next day. When I informed Heather that I no longer needed a water heater but I would still like a quote for my furnace this was the response I received.
"Kim, This is heather from KAP. Unfortunelty we had to leave on an emergency service call. I was also just instructed that we are at capacity and unable to take on any new clients. I would suggest that you have the company who is installing your water heater also give you pricing for your furnace. We wish you the best in your repairs."
Clearly they did not value my business. If they truly were at capacity and unable to take on new clients, wouldn't they have known that when I first called? I will never recommend this company.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! LIARS! Required to provide copy of personal background check. Said I had a background that they couldn't work with. I know for a fact I have a clean background. When requested, they said they didn't HAVE to provide my copy per their lawyer. Defamation of character?🤔

Do not use this company, they are a bunch of crooks.

We called them to come look at our two A/C units which weren't working. Two guys came and looked at them for an hour an a half, and said they weren't fixable. We got a quote from the owner/manager for 18k-21k to replace them.

We got someone from a different company to come give us a second opinion, and they fixed it in 30 mins!

We got the bill for the hour and a half from KAP, and they wouldn't give us a discount or anything considering it was a half hour job.

Use anyone else in the area before you go to these guys.

Our builder used Kap Machanical to plumb our home. We have had three separate issues in the last 6 years that has caused damage to our home.
Our contractor instructed us to speak with Kap to repair the damage. We contacted Kap but he refused to make any repairs or take responsibility for any damages that has accured. We have had to have all repairs completed by other well qualified plumbers and contractors out of our own pocket.
I would never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else use them.

Called to set up a quote, I was told that they do not come out and give quotes and that I could take pictures of what I was needing and they could take a look, because that's what I want to do is crawl under my house and take a bunch of pictures. I was also told that if they came out to my house to look at what I was needing they would have to charge me. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spend my money with someone who actually wants to take the time to come give me a fair quote.

They fixed what I needed fixed, but I had to pay 110$ while the technician had to leave to get tools. Just don't understand why I'm getting charged for an hour that he wasn't working on my pipes. He could have ate lunch on my dime for all I know! Won't be calling them ever again!

Called them yesterday 4/10/18
. Needed a hot water heater installed. Was told no installation only. I tried to ask about their water heater prices and he told me flat out " WE'RE NOT INTERESTED"! And hung up on me.
