Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East

This location was picked randomly because my friend lived near. We like staying at embassy suites when we can ! We liked the king RI suite. The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The happy hour each evening was very nice in the area! The daily breakfast was great! The pool was nice and the pool chair lift was helpful for me. The weather was great at the near end of October 2023. We’d love to return for sure ! My 5 stars to the staff who were there during our stay. I’m sorry but I lost my list of names 😌

friendly staff at every turn microwave and mini fridge in room. lots of room to spread out and get comfortable! individual climate control but it didn't ever reach the desired temperature but the room was comfortable none the less. some of the best sleep I've had on the road and I just my have to call this the best hotel in Tucson that I've been in.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean, the grounds are immaculate, continental breakfast was amazing, plenty of room side parking and it has an awesome pool and gym. Very dog friendly.

The best of the best! Great rooms, old style motel but beautiful & well groomed. Outstanding 5-star workout facility and the best free breakfast I've ever had and I spend 120+ nights in Hotels. Excellent & worth the money 💰 👍👍

One of the best places to stay in Tucson. The customer service is solid. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome and included in the room rate. Tina makes the best omelettes and she is super sweet too. We always come back!

If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a thumbs up and like 👍👍👍. This was an amazing All suite hotel. It's about twenty-two minutes away from the airport. I was here on business for 1 day. So I can't really tell you what neighborhood this was in Tucson. The rooms are gigantic. They also have a small balcony. There's no view, but I could definitely deal with it. Hot water pressure in the shower was great. Full living room area a nice work space and separate bedroom. Walk in closet with a sink in it. A nice size bathroom. The breakfast that they serve is not to be missed. It is included in your stay. I had a wonderful spinach ham mixed bell pepper egg white omelet. From their omelet station where they make it fresh and to order. I also have french toast and sausage . So this was definitely a fool breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

I highly recommend this Embassy Suites if you’re staying in Tucson. Not only was the breakfast amazing with made to order omelets, but they also include two free drinks at the evening reception which was great! The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and every staff member we spoke to or encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. We also traveled with our small dogs and they had really great doggy grass areas that were easy to access. We will be back!

What the heck!? This place is awesome. Check this lady out making me an award winning omelette. Delicious. And it’s included with the room. The room was modern and pillows were so comfy. I’m coming back !

Very large rooms and pretty good breakfast. Breakfast at 6:30 a.m. is busy busy busy! Waiting a half hour makes for a more joyful, less crowded breakfast experience.

Excellent holiday at an excellent hotel. The service was incredible. This is definitely an establishment whose employees demonstrate excellent customer service. If you are staying in Tuscon, you'd be searching far and wide to find a better hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised. Upon checking in we were given an upgrade by Carmella who was so nice and happy even though she had many people behind us waiting to check in.
The room was very large and comfortable, very clean, clean linens and nice fluffy towels, the only thing I would recommend is putting more washcloths in the room as there was only 2 for a 8 person room. The only other problem was the waterspout (where you turn the shower on) wan not connected properly, I did let the front desk know and we think it was fixed as it did not come off again.
We extended our stay an extra day, again Carmella was great, she even went out of her way to go to her car and get some sunscreen so we wouldn't have to go to the store.
There is a small downside to this, on our last day we ordered lunch and received it from Grub Hub, not even thinking about the "rules", we stayed at our table in the corner and were eating until "Karen" (actual name) from the front desk came out, she marched up to us and commanded "get your outside food and drinks out of the area as you signed a contract when you checked in." Then she demanded to know " where are your wrist bands" we didn't know anything about wrist bands and let her know that. Karen said " everyone has to wear a wrist bands" there wasn't any other explanation about it. She then turned and started in on the other family that was beside us. We apologized profusely and got rid of our food and drinks. This could have been done with a little more professionalism instead of being so rude.
As we were sitting there, we noticed people coming to the pool without wristband and also caring coolers and outside food and drinks. If the rules are meant for one, they are meant for everyone and must be enforced that way.
Other than that little hiccup we loved the stay and will come again.
Please give Carmella the praise she deserves and maybe a little re-training for the other.

I've stayed here four times for a conference that Calvary chapel Tucson hosts every march . Always good service and good breakfast.

The free breakfast was great! Several good hot food choices including a made-to-order omelet station, didn't expect this from this type of hotel.
Beautiful courtyard/pool area. Entire property was very well maintained. There were some delays in getting rooms ready when we arrived so they substituted a different room, which was more than adequate, and refunded a full night's stay without any hesitation.

Amazing hotel, beautiful upkeep throughout the court yard, they even have another courtyard separate from the hotel in the parking lot, there is also a lot of seating areas throughout. The room was clean, well maintained, and perfect for my mother, kids and I. I loved that there is a private balcony for every room, open for use, with a table and two chairs, which is rare for hotels. The breakfast is always delicious no matter which embassy suites I go to, and this one was on point as well! They have more than the regular continental breakfast, they make omelets and eggs to order (I highly recommend the Arizona Omlet) they have a waffle maker, French toast, fruits, coffee, muffins, soda, juices, bacon, sausage, hot teas, and other great food! The whole hotel is very modern, beautiful, well maintained, and welcoming. All the staff was very polite, helpful, and check-in/check-out was very proficient and easy. We will definitely be back during summer to use the pool area, but it was also clean and very well maintained.

Very large rooms. Clean and comfortable. The landscaping in the courtyard is very nice with lots of big shade trees. I wished we would have had time to stay to enjoy the beautiful pool. My only tiny little complaint would be we only had two coffee cups to use in the whole room. No water glasses. So we had to use our coffee cups to drink water at the bathroom sinks to brush our teeth.

The front desk, bar, and cleaning staff were all phenomenal. I had an excellent mountain view from my balcony and the evening reception was delightful! Room was very comfortable and clean!

At 1st I was a bit put off by the rear entrance as our balcony mountain view room was to the back. I would not recommend anyone handicap or ailing bodies with a lot of luggage or heavy luggage to enter this way. Once inside the rooms are very spacious, logical and modern. Restrooms are well designed. Having twi separate sinks in different rooms as well as the toilet in its own space is a super plus for us. These 2 room suites can easily accommodate 4 people, however, with 2 you can practically have your own setup and not disturb the other person. We were on the top floor so be mindful of elevator locations and walk distance. Stairs are spacious enough and located in between elevator locations. Pool is relatively large with the jacuzzi in sort of a private spot. A ton of grass and foliage making the scenery that much more appealing. Lobby is a bit small, however, there is this segregated style that works for privacy if you use the business center. The gym is super spacious and filled with a ton of equipment. Once all guests have arrived, parking became a bit challenging, but construction 🚧 vehicles did not help the situation much. All in all we would stay here again, and I would personally recommend this location. Cannot forget that Staff was very nice and accommodating, so kudos there also.

This hotel was FANTASTIC. No they aren't the cheapest in town, but they are worth it! The balcony was great and the view was stunning to wake up to. The hotel is easy to get to and plenty of easy and free parking. The room was wonderful....great bed, and nice little living area, actually separated by walls and a door (none of that partial wall junk that other hotels do).
The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast cook making the egg dishes really knows his stuff. quick, efficient and make a great omlet

From the moment we arrived to checkout, everything went so smoothly! I have only compliments for this wonderful hotel. Yes it is 3 star hotel, but you honestly feel so much more luxurious than that with the gorgeous setting of hotel and views they offer! My partner and I loved the reception to welcome guests in the evening with two free drinks each and snacks. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, from fresh made omelets to waffles and decent coffee, as well. The room itself was super clean, up to date with appliances/lighting fixtures, literally no complaints about anything in the room! Only compliments for embassy suites. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get away! Also, it's right off a busy street but you really can't hear the traffic when you're in the courtyard area. Also, big and clean pool. Will absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you staff!

Room was clean and the bed was comfy with 5 good pillows ranging from soft to firm. Pool was great and needed after the hot AZ heat. The drive to U of A was easy. Some great restaurants are close. Loved the open center to the hotel. The balcony was great to look out and sit outside.
