Batteries Plus

Glad to recommend Batteries Plus. They were the only store in Tucson that had an affordable battery in stock / available for immediate pickup for my 2002 car. I was able to find the battery on their web site, confirm it was available at a store near me, purchase it online, then pick it up first thing in the morning when they opened. Another online store's (Interstate) website was down / unavailable, and several of the parts stores did not have in stock / required I order and wait (day/s) for it to arrive. Costco said they did not carry the battery, and Walmart surprisingly only had some weird high performance battery for $450. Also - the service in this store (Tucson - Wilmot Ave.) was excellent. Highly recommend.

Hidden market for auto batteries. Purchased and scheduled installation online and took advantage of a website coupon for doing so. Original price was better than the local auto store. When I arrived it was ready to go and install ensued promptly. Excellent customer service!

Needed a new 12V battery for my Toyota Camry Hybrid - and yes, hybrids have 12V batteries, but this one was hard to find. Batteries Plus had the battery in stock, made sure it was the right one and even did the install. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a small lead acid battery online and when I arrived the rep had my order ready but waited to activate it until discussing with me what my battery application was for. Turns out an AGM battery was a safer choice. I was trying to save money by buying the cheaper type. Thankful to have gotten a knowledgeable person here.

This is the first time in Arizona that I've been to a Batteries+. All the employees were awesome. While waiting for a battery to be replaced in a car key, I had the opportunity to observe how other customers were treated by the employees. We were all old with gray hair but treated so respectfully; the employees were very patient and helpful. If you want impeccable service, this is the location to visit.

Came in with iPhone X that needed a new screen, staff was very thorough in checking that the screen was the only issue, also applied the website discount to my order, and finished the project in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service. Paul was amazing. My phone fell and was stepped on several times. Paul was able to fix it in about 30 minutes. Great service and peicing!

From the beginning of my experience with Batteries plus I called and spoke to Anthony. He was very pleasant and helpful so I stopped by on Saturday for a new key fob. Unfortunately he wasn't able to help me. He asked that I stop by on Monday and speak with his manager Gordy. Gordy was able to help me with a new key fob and program it to my car. I was so excited because the whole process was probably 20 minutes It was quick, painless, very pleasant customer service experience and half the price of the dealership. 👍

Bought my batteries online. Picked them up from the Tucson store on Wilmot. Everything went quickly and without issue. Good experience.

The customer service folks here go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Only over the last few years have I been using Batteries+. The prices are right in line with most places I shop and they know Batteries and more. Check them out. I think you'll be happy you made the choice.

Came in to get a watch battery and inquired about a key fob. Good lord people, this is the place to come. My key fob for my 2013 mazda was only 163.00! Ace hardware 600. Mazda dealership 800. This is the place. Oder on a Wednesday and receive it the following week. Amazing. The Plus guys are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely painless process for cost and time!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My phone screen broke and after reading reviews of the repair place at the mall I was panicked. Thankfully I didnt have to go THERE.
Who knew that Batteries Plus repaired phone screens too? I didn't! The insurance sent me here and I'm so glad they did!! At Batteries Plus you will get GREAT customer service: friendly, attentive, kind. They are truly on point when they give you a time frame, too.

Battery in my car remote died at the worst time (on my lunch break). Popped in to this store and they were able to change out the batteries and have me on my way in under 10 minutes. Got my lunch and back to work on time!
Update: different car, key fob battery needed. Same fast, friendly service and great price!! Consistent, reliable service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks again!!

I have used B+ for years and as always angrwat price but also great staff.

Just wanted to thank aromeo For taking such good care of my dad today, Thursday, September 28. My dad wanted to check out his rechargeable batteries for his headlamp that he uses when he hikes & aromeo recommended an adapter and his lamps have been fully charged in no time, and we just wanted to thank him for his great customer service.

The staff at this location is the reason I come back here! Anytime I need a battery: key fobs, alarm, garage door openers, car battery, etc… they have them all AND install them too.

My iPhone broke and within an hour of calling, they were able to fix my phone as a walk in appointment late in the day. The employee Leeann has amazing customer service and I will definitely be a return customer to this location because of her. Kyle was also very helpful in getting my phone taken care of.

I work with a guy with Alzheimer's. He forgot how to change the blades in his electric
Razor. He thought we could bring it to an electric razor fixer of some sort. He blew up when I asked to do it for him. He was sure there has to be a place that will fix it.

I didn't know what to do but I did know he thinks highly of this place and their employees. I called in advance about the situation and they said bring it in. When we got there I whispered the situation to one of the men that work there. So when my guy with Alzheimer's told him what he needed the sales person said no problem and took the razor to the back and put on the new blades for him.

This is beyond what they do but they understood the situation and helped me out. Saved me from dealing with another breakdown from the guy I work with. Now, the guy I work with, thinks this place has The Best customer service in town.
