Caleb was great! He explained everything he did - BEFORE he did it! He explained why the repairs needed to be done, and what was involved...and everything was explained in detail. He was honest and transparent about everything he did, he provided me with "BEFORE and AFTER" photos of all his work, as well - I feel very confident about his workmanship AND knowledge! Caleb was very courteous and professional the entire time, and always kept "open communication" with me. He was also very punctual. He cleaned up completely before he left for the day. I am a first time home buyer, and this is the first time I have been solely responsible for all repairs to my home. Caleb made the entire experience run smoothly! Thank You, Mr. Electric for having an electrician like Caleb on your staff to perform such an important service!! I will definitely recommend Mr. Electric to everyone I know - I work for the State of Arizona so I know a LOT of people!! This was our first time using this company and we are so glad we did! Not only did they accommodate our requested appointment schedule, the lead electrician that came-Andre-was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and explained everything he was doing and why! We will definitely use Mr. Electric and refer anyone who asks to the company, along with requesting Andre!!

We called Mr Electric for some electrical work on a small condo we use as a rental. The unit was built in 1980 and was apparently wired by monkeys. Andre arrived, gave a quote, did the job, and we are very happy with the results. He was prompt, tidy, explained everything and was very professional. If you need a licensed electrician, call Andre from Mr. Electric.

I needed to have a 4 wire hook-up installed in my home for my new oven. My electrician they sent out was Tim. He was great! He answered all of my questions, walked me through what he was doing, and he has excellent customer service! The pricing for the job was very affordable! I would recommend them to others if they needed electrical work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Chancy was a real gem and installed my outdoor ceiling fan with speed, accuracy, and an eye for details. Will need another fan installed in a bedroom and will DEFINITELY use them again!!! Thank you so much!

I have had my fair share of electricians. Come over to my house and try to diagnose issues. Caleb was both within the timeframe and very professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue, explained it in a way that I could understand and relay to other family members. His safety report showed me some issues I’ve had with my house that I need to correct in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest electricians who are both on time and courteous.

One big thing of note That I really appreciate it was the fact that Caleb wore booties every single time he went to my house as he didn’t want to track mud in from outside. A lot of other companies wouldn’t even go this extra mile for people. Finding a good electrician is very difficult I very much trust Caleb and I would like him to come back to my house to complete the long I need to have done.

Very friendly and prompt service! Electrician was able to help out sooner than anticipated, repairs were estimated, then performed quickly after approval. The work areas were clean and free from debris. Very pleased, highly recommend.

He arrived promptly and installed 3 ceiling fans in about 2 hours.
He also identified an improperly installed circuit breaker in my circuit switch and advocated on my behalf with the contractor so it could be brought up to code

Mr Electric sent Jason out to troubleshoot an home electrical issue I couldn’t solve. He did a great job of tracking down my problem and communicated what he was doing and the required solution. They were able to help the same day I called which was awesome.

WaterTec came out to our house to replace our filters for our reverse osmosis system. Valley Environmental Services ended up going out of business on us and we needed the filters replaced. They also helped my husband when our roofers broke off a hose from our water softener. Luckily they had the replacement nozzle that was the broken off and my husband picked it up and fixed it. So, crisis diverted! Great service all the way around.

Left message on their website in the morning, within an hour had a call asking if it would be possible to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon. The technician, David, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem with the fluorescent light and discussed replacing the worn out switch for the overhead light. David was very professional, explaining the process as he replaced the ballast and installed new LED fluorescent bulbs. He also replaced the wall switch for the overhead light. Was very pleased that they were able to make the repairs the same day I contacted them. David was personable, professional, and an experienced/knowledgeable electrician, who completed the repairs in a timely manner. Had called Mr Electric in the past and would do so in the future. Excellent service, recommend without reservation.
