She helped us pick beautiful lights for our whole house and her advice on size of lights, colors, designs, etc was very helpful. I am in the process of building a house and the idea of picking out lighting was extremely daunting. I booked my appointment and they were able to accommodate me fairly quickly. Priscilla was the sales rep. that we worked with. She told me before the appointment to bring pictures and ideas with me. Once we got there, she took a look at my ideas and we were off! She instantly picked up on the style I was going for. She was extremely organized in the way that she showed us around and throughout the selection process. If it wasn't there in the store, she knew exactly where to find it in the catalog. Long story short, if you are one of those people that think they can just pick lighting out at Wayfair or Lowes, you are wrong and making a terrible mistake. The knowledge that Priscilla bestowed upon us to help make the right selection for the space was impressive. I am anxiously awaiting the installation of my lighting fixtures, and will be brainstorming on how I can send any and everyone I know to see Priscilla at Butler Lighting. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Also, huge shout out to the gentleman that makes those chandeliers shine! They were immaculate!
