What a fantastic addition to High Point! I enjoyed browsing the store's diverse offerings and conversing with Bruce about all things health and nutrition. He's a treasure trove of knowledge and taught me several new things in my short time there. I'm thrilled to have a place to buy grass fed milk close to me and will definitely be back to try their other items. Kvass and sauerkraut will probably be my next purchases! It's so valuable to have a nutrition expert that has curated all the products the store carries specifically based on purity and quality.

I’ve had restless leg/spasticity for years. I’ve been on medication for it and it will still keep me awake at night. I was directed to the Magnesium and since the medication wasn’t working I figured it was worth a shot. It works amazing. No more medication.

This is the greatest wellness store I have ever been to! It is full of legitimately clean products (literally nothing in the store has nasty, artificial, over-processed ingredients), every supplement you can imagine from CBD to protein powder to herbal supplements. They also have yummy, healthy snacks, and fresh, prepped, refrigerated meals. I can’t go in there without buying something! And I don’t feel bad about it because if it’s in there I know it’s good for me and will only contribute to my wellness. Also, Bruce, the General Manager, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all things fitness, nutrition, and wellness which he is eager to share. I haven’t stumped him with any of my questions yet and I’ve asked A LOT. This will become your favorite nutrition and supplement store, no doubt.
