The teachers are well-intended and knowledgeable. The classes are small, sometimes loud but the students feel safe.

Absolutely love it was put on ips and told that my p.o. would be picking me up from the jail and to make sure not to make other plans for transportation but of course upon my release no p.o. was anywhere to be found after sitting on the curb outside of the jail for an hour and still no ips officer arriving I happened to see the mother of a close friend where she offered me a ride to the probation office I literally went straight there fearing being violated after I think a 40 minute drive we arrived to find my officer not there the desk lady reached her and finally was able to meet my p.o. some 40 minutes later upon meeting her for 30 seconds we walked to the car where she drove me a few blocks away to some trashy halfway house and left me there but the place she left me at said they did not have room so I called her and she told me to figure it out mind you i was just released and had 0 dollars and no phone after obviously not being able to do anything due to lack of resources I managed to borrow a phone to call her back where she wondered why I hadn't figured it out I asked if I could stay with my family and she agreed but when i phoned my mom she was in San Carlos for the week and wasn't home I explained this to p.o. and she asked me if I could get in I replied no and she again told me to just figure it out now I have a very serious drug problem and up until that point tried to avoid anyone and everyone from ex's to friends literally everyone minus family for fear or relapse but faced with no where to go and no phone,ride,money,and even clothes I was forced to contact old friends who immediately jumped to my rescue/demise I'm writing a negative post due to the fact that had I been told my p.o. would have everything worked out for my realease but did absolutely nothing to prepare me for release not even call a halfway house literally not even 1 phone call my judge had said for me to stay in jail for 60 days or if my p.o. found a halfway house sooner I could be released that day now mind you it only takes a phone call to get approved for a halfway house before writing this I literally called 3 and was told 2 had immediate bed space took me 7 mins tops yet my p.o. could not get it done In two whole months they claim they want you to succeed but they are just there to make you pay your fines you can ask any probationer they will all say the same being that once you pay them you literally can get away with double even triple the amount of violations this whole thing is screwed I'm my opinion that's why one star.. wheh that was allot

Love the ladies that work there and the check your temp. Process is fast and easy love the place.

Better than the south office more friendly less sketchy just wish we could make payments here!
