La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings and Décor

I don't think you've seen La-Z-Boy unless you've seen *this* showroom! I'm an avid buyer of their products and don't think I need to waste time describing the quality! They're looking amazing as ever! I stop on by sometimes just to look!

I have enjoyed shopping at Lazy Boy Furnishings for so many home treasures over the years. Recently we were looking for a recliner for my husband which also turned into buying a new recliner for me. Both Janelle and David were very helpful in helping us find chairs that were right for us. Janelle was fabulous in providing status updates. Buying chairs is a process and I appreciated that everyone we encountered was helpful but never pushy. The chairs have been delivered and we are pleased with our purchase and experience.

Where do I begin?!!! This was the most relaxing, humorous, thorough sales experience I have ever had! The sofa bed was so comfortable that I could have stayed & taken a nap! David answered all of our questions, made suggestions which we appreciated & it was actually entertaining. Delaney, the designer, was so helpful & easy to work with. We all laughed so much! And to top it off they both came to our house with the swatches of the sofa bed fabric & a rug to make sure they would work in our house. David noticed a chair we have wasn't put together correctly & quickly fixed it. How's that for service! Can't say enough about the David & Delaney duo as they are great ambassadors for La-Z-Boy!!

Just purchased a sectional from Lazy Boy and i absolutely love it! Carolyn Porter was the sales women who helped me and she took the time to figure out what would fit best in my size room! It not only looks good but is extremely comfy and built to last!

Colton, apparently a brand new sales person, provided excellent service yesterday. I appreciated the way he asked questions and really listened to that I had to say. He double-checked the information he gave me to make sure it was correct and brought in a senior sales person to ensure he got everything right. Colton gave me an excellent experience at Lazy Boy.

We purchased a sofa and chair from this store and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and customer service. They even deliver and offer service down in Sierra Vista. Kelly Thompson was our sales rep and she was great and helping us pick out the right style and fabric. We won’t go anywhere else for furniture. Worth the drive from Sierra Vista!

I had an excellent experience shopping for a chair with Debbie at La-Z-Boy on Broadway. She was both knowledgeable of the store’s inventory and the options available to me. I would definitely shop there again. Pure quality from the second I walked through the door.

We recently visited the La Z Boy store in East Tucson. Debbie Shepard was our sales consultant and she is Excellent. Debbie guided us every step of the way, from browsing and informing us of available options through purchase. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend Debbie Shepard as a consultant.

I worked with David and Delaney to select living room furniture for our remodeled home and they were great to work with every step of the way -from selecting the right furniture pieces and awesome fabrics to the coordinated rugs and best layout for the space. I'll be back and recommend this La- Z-Boy store. The products are first rate quality and so are the staff.

Kelly was great to work with. She answered our questions and was very professional and knowledgeable in her products she sells. She is comfortable to talk to and would come would recommend to friends and family to buy their home furniture here t Lazy boy.

This store was an amazing shopping experience! We had a wonderful person, John, tending to us and all of our questions. He heard our desires and was able to show us many options that we really enjoyed! We ended choosing one that he showed us. He also had great taste in pairing couch comes and pillows. We didn't feel pressured at all, and we're very excited to buy from them!

Debbie was my salesperson and made my furniture buying experience enjoyable. She gave me my space to look around, she was not pushy at all. I told her I wanted to take my time buying and she left me alone but when i needed her she made herself available to me. My furniture is gorgeous, the deliver was perfect and the delivery men were perfect gentlemen.

I like how I was greeted when I came in and the person was friendly and attentive offering me water but left me alone when I wanted to browse. The salesperson, Kelly answered all my questions when I was ready. I felt very comfortable with my purchases because she was able to point me in the direction I wanted to go. All in all I had a great experience because I thought the staff were knowledgeable and super helpful.Kelly in particular went out of her way to make sure I was 😊

I hadn't been to La-Z-Boy in a long time. Enjoyed going through looking at all the Recliner Couches. Received great one-on-one service from David. He really took extra time and helping me. I'll schedule a follow up appointment with David so that my husband can come look at the furniture. We'd looked at so many different stores so many different furniture La-Z-Boy because of the quality and the great service.

From start to finish everything was excellent customer service above and beyond. Nancy was my representative at the store that helped me with all the information on the recliner. Very informative and professional. I liked that she kept me informed on the shipment dates and arrival. Always responded back asap. Highly recommend at the broadway store. My second experience is with Albert and rene at the pick up location. They were awesome. Albert explained all of the operations and how to program the remote.They answered all questions.Thank you for everything from start to finish.

I went to the Tucson store on Broadway to help my Mom buy a new adjustable bed. Steven was our salesman and was a real help in getting the right mattress for her that would be suitable with an adjustable frame. My son works for La-Z-Boy at the Glendale, AZ store and was able to set up our meeting with Steven prior to our arrival. Everything went very smooth! Thank You!

Friendly, helpful and good quality furniture. Got a sleeper. And sofa cover that fits perfectly in smaller areas. Now I could have company come over and be able to stay overnight and be comfortable.

We visited multiple times to try on various recliners. Ross was patient and knowledgeable. With his trained eye he could suggest chairs that would fit our bodies.

Debbie was great. We came to buy one specific item, she helped us find exactly what we needed, she explained all the different options and showed us examples of them all. She helped with the entire purchasing process. All of that while getting harassed by what appeared to be management during the sale process. Great job Debbie!
