East Lawn Palms Mortuary & Cemetery

We saw a cardinal land on a bench and mentioned it to each other. As we went to our car, one of the ladies brought us an ornament of the legend of a cardinal. That was so incredibly special and meant a great deal to us.

This was just one touch of the compassion the entire staff shows you.

My Mother passed and Janice helped me with everything I needed.
I had one flower arrangement that kept blowing over. She made sure to hang on to it so that it didn't pull attention away from the funeral. She made sure that all the people there had everything that they needed. cold water was provided. Being in Arizona it's very warm, even in the shade so that was very nice. Also tissues were on each seat. The funeral arrangements were easy with no pressure to do anything their way, suggestions were made, but if I wanted something else Janice was all in trying to make this funeral everything I thought my Mom would have wanted. Janice made the day so much easier for me. I can't thank her enough for all the help and encouragement she gave me. When I lost my mom, I was quickly overwhelmed. I was placed in position to take care of everything in addition to my own grief. I heard that she had made advanced arrangements with Palms, but I couldn't find the contract. With a phone call to them they found the arrangements very quickly. From start to even now they have just been so caring, providing personal and professional support and services. I highly recommend Palms, and advance arrangements.

Had to make preplanned arrangements in a hurry. Everyone was very accommodating and sympathetic. I got the arrangement done and needed them within 1week. Stephen was excellent. His helpfulness was much appreciated. Robin was also very comforting and knowledgeable. The two young ladies who came to the house were also very professional and kind. They dealt well with me and my family members in how they approached us and offered the information that we needed at each stage in the process as we grieved our loved one. He was amazing to work with for setting up all the arrangements and very quick with any and all communications that were needed. I probably was the easiest "service" he had ever had. But I would request to work with the same people again, if it comes necessary in the future.

When my dad passed away in May 2023, Jeff was the angel who guided me in everything. He was amazing - intelligent, compassionate, supportive. Our family was devastated and practical matters of burial for loved one were completely taken care. Mark conducted the most beautiful service honoring my father - mom truly felt shared celebration for his long life full of goodness - and his friends were able to add wonderful moments. Jeff represented Cemetary and helped me to selected peaceful and beautiful plot for both of my parents - to ensure that their strong union will carry on for eternity. We are very grateful to East Lawn Palm Cemetary and Mortuary in Tucson for being there for us in the hardest moments.

My experience has been smooth and easy, Bethany has been quite helpful and compassionate during the process of buying a plot after my father passed away. The burial spot we chose is beautiful, sunny and quiet. I also needed further and fast administrative assistance afterwards, and Maria, one of the managers, was extremely responsive and answered my request immediately on a weekend.

Eastlawn and especially TJ, were there in time of our families needs. Everything was perfect, and TJ added some personal advice, condolences, and added special additions to our families memorial. Ty TJ we love what yiu did for us!!!

East Palms is an absolutely beautiful cemetery. The grass, trees and shrubberies are very well keep. The views are absolutely stunning, and the singing birds are incredibly please and inviting. The staff are very friendly, and will help you locate a gravesite or work anything you need. The trees really make this place special and give it a feel of a beautiful and historic site.

East Lawn Palms, Cemetery is a wonderful place to bring your loved ones to their final resting place. We have had several arrangements done with them and find that they are highly efficient, genuinely sympathetic, and very professional.

Outstanding, compassionate and knowledgeable staff that made the entire process run so smoothly during a time that was difficult for our family. No details were missed and all the stress was taken off of us to make sure everything went as planned.

We have visited several times to honor family members buried here. It is a lovely, tranquil setting with lots of shade and greenery. It is well-maintained. We love that there's a view of the mountains as well as places to sit and reflect in peace.

It was a deeply disorienting and crazy time for the family and Morgan made the entire process swift, sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to give us comfort and peace of mind. The service was incredibly beautiful and they didn’t forget any last special touch.
