Very personable approach to a new customer. Treated me with respect and was knowledgeable of what I was requesting to be done. She quoted me one price and the total cost was $10 less. Will absolutely be getting all my future dry cleaning business.

Everytime Shaffer service is immaculate. They provide conveniences like having my own dry clean bag that I can drop off early in the morning followed by a message that they collected and alerts me when it’s ready !

I switched from the Broadway location to the Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon location when we moved to the neighborhood in 2014, and I didn’t think I could possibly like a new staff as much as I did the one I’d been dealing with for years on Broadway. Happily, the staff at the Tanque Verde Shaffer’s is just as fantastic and always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service!

I’m always happy with the dry cleaning work and think the prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is quick. I’m a pretty frequent customer and regularly receive “frequent flyer” discounts on my orders. I always park in front and go in, but there is a drive up in the back if it’s more convenient to stay in the car. I’ve never used the free pick up and delivery since I live close by, but appreciate that Shaffer offers the service at my location if I ever need it. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and am so happy with their service that go to Shaffer instead of their competitor across the street, which is actually closer to my home and easier to get to!
