Grant provided great customer service. The new phone purchase and transfer of information went smoothly.

The two reps at the Tanque Verde store were more than helpful and went above and beyond to help me trade in for a new iPhone while maintaining my current (old school) service plan and 25% teacher discount. I was impressed with their patience, friendliness, and persistence to make sure everything was square before I left. This was definitely the most positive encounter I have ever experienced at an ATT store.

The team here is very eager to help, and unlike other AT&T stores in town, always seems to be fully staffed. Thanks Jesus for making my shipping really simple, and thank you to the dude with the braids and the girl who helped with my order!

The funny thing is the story manager had the same name as me first and last. The people in the store were amazing they took care of everything I needed.

I felt so taken care of at this AT&T location. Steph especially was so helpful. He listened to me tell him what matters to me in an iPhone (good camera!) and shared with me that there was a promotion going on which made it possible for me to afford an iPhone 13. I came in to get a 6S (all I thought I could afford) and walked out with a 13 for less than the 6S! That's all because Steph was super transparent with me, sharing info that I didn't even know about. He also helped me transfer all the data from my old phone to the new phone, found me the perfect accessories and applied the glass protective cover himself, and took the time to show me how the new phone works. This guy is awesome. Thanks, Steph!

At the Tanque Verde and Sabino canyon intersection. We walked in to the store and we're immediately greeted. We explained our issues and when the employee wasn't sure what to do (newer employee I think) he immediately sought help from a coworker. Together they solved the issue and we're able to help us in a very timely manner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our representative, Stephan, worked diligently efficiently and patiently with us to upgrade our phones. He is the most polite person and he was incredibly respectful. If there were more people in the world like him it would be the best world possible.

Liz helped me move from prepaid to postpaid where two of the other stores including a corporate store would not/could not even help me. Like they couldn’t be bothered. But Liz took on the challenge and she had me up and running in no time. Very friendly staff at the store and the store will now become my go to store. Thank you everybody for everything you did for me. It’s much appreciated. They even had peaches 🍑 🤭

Came to this location when a previous AT&T store seemed to be too busy to help us. My husband and I had purchased phone service for our Apple watches but it was set up incorrectly. We’ve been paying $24 a month for nothing! Luckily we were helped by Devin, this location’s manager. After two visits of over an hour each, he fixed our accounts. Wish it had never been necessary but he’s a SUPER STAR!

We bought a Apple Watch and needed a exchange and Anthony was a huge help getting that taken care of. Very courteous and helpful.

Needed to add a new line to the plan. Hailey not only found a way for us to save money to a new plan, but also made sure we weren't charged extra by prorating the plan. She was very patient and explained all of our choices in easy to understand details. Highly recommend this mobile store.

Hollie, Jacob and the team at this location are wonderful! They are helpful, friendly and got my problem solved same day. Will definitely be back and recommend this AT&T to others.

The manager, Anthony, at the AT&T store at Sabino Canyon and Tanque Verde was very professional, respectful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will be returning.

Liz at the AT&T store in Nogales helped me troubleshoot activation for 2 business cell phones, spending almost 4 hours in the process. Thanks to her both lines are activated. And I didn’t even buy the phones at her store (online order). She is a true Rockstar!
