Ritz Cleaners

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for years. I left an order with them and sadly forgot about it. Today I finally remembered to pick it up. It’s February. I dropped it in November. Bless. it.
The super kind man who owns the dry cleaners handed over a $20 bill that was found inside my husband’s pants. I was astonished. I had no idea he left cash in his pants and never would have known had the owner kept it. I will never go anywhere else!

This place is a Jem , I worked in restaurant business. I took 2 of table cloths that are badly stained . When I picked them up , it looks like brand new table cloths. There is no trace of stained at all !! I highly recommend this place .

Been twice in the past week, dropped a shirt off late in the afternoon and was told that it would be ready after 3pm the next day. Dropped 7 shirts off on Friday and they had them ready to go by saturday. Great work and pretty remarkable prices on dress shirts. $2 - $3 per shirt, I received a better price when I brought 7 shirts in.

Highly recommended for JROTC uniforms! You don't know a good Dry Cleaner until you finally get one! We used another dry cleaner (out of convenience) for my son's JROTC uniform. Obvious spots were never taken care of until pointed out and pleats/lines never looked crisp or ironed. His 1st Srgt & CEO always pointed this out to him. I spoke with the cleaners about this and still no change. After about 6 months of this (because location was so convenient) we finally decided to take the uniform somewhere else. We went to Ritz Cleaners and (no joke) we could tell the difference after the first cleaning! Even more impressive... I didn't even tell them what needed to be done with the uniform. I just wanted to test them out. My son's uniform is always looking sharp now! His 1st Srgt even noticed and told him to "Keep it up". Service is always friendly. Incase quality changed, I waited several cleanings until rating on Google. I am very impressed!

Great business with a great manager and staff! Extremely friendly and does good work with the clothes. I've gone in for cleanings and alterations and never had a problem over the several years I've used this place. I highly, highly recommend these cleaners!

Had some red chinos tailored and a jersey dry cleaned here. Fast and efficient. They never called to say it was ready, so don’t let your life get too busy you forget your stuff.

This cleaners is near where I live. It was very clean and organized. The gentleman was very nice and professional. I reccomend you trying Ritz Cleaners.

They got my sports coat stain off and back when promised. Lady can barely speak English and is very hard to understand.

I left an expensive Croscill comforter with Ritz Cleaners on Dallas Hwy to be DRY cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, the woman at the desk gave me money for a refund, saying I'd been overcharged. The reason, she said, was that they had laundered my comforter instead of dry cleaning it. I told her I had requested dry cleaning. She said that "they" saw the label, and it said to launder, not dry clean, so they were following label instructions.

EXCEPT, I had removed the labels. There was no label to instruct them. They lied. Had I been feeling better, I'd have made her show me the label, but the truth is, this woman is not the one that made the decision to launder my comforter, so why ruin her day? I'm guessing she has to deal with this a lot.

There is another reviewer stating Ritz Cleaners did the same thing to their comforter (and the reviewer said it was ruined as a result). Luckily, mine was not "ruined," but it doesn't look as nice as it did-- kind of worn and old-looking now with some pilling of the fabric. To be fair, I really don't know if it would have come out looking better with dry cleaning, but when it was cleaned last year, it WAS dry cleaned and looked almost new afterward. As the comforter is only 2 years old and used only half the year, I had reasons to expect a better result.

If you REALLY want your item dry cleaned, I suggest you don't go here. They'll do whatever works best for them, no matter your request or what you pay for.
