Can’t say enough! This place is the best one in Tucson to me! My husband and I have been going here for years! Issues with the cards but it is almost resolved…the owner and staff are working very hard to get this fixed. Staff also very patient, kind and quick. They are always cleaning! BONUS- NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS!!! 60lb-ers!!! All in all the hard work of the staff and owner is very much appreciated and shows!

Amazing place. I've never had any issues. The lady who is always there is very helpful and always willing to assist. Very friendly. I recommend it.

I’ve never been to a laundromat before but needed to wash my large area rug. The lady who was working at the laundromat was very helpful and guided me through what to do since it was my first time. The process was quick and the laundromat was very clean. I’ll definitely use the laundromat again when I need to wash my rug. There was a $2 processing fee to use my credit card and I unfortunately didn’t have cash. I’ll know for next time to bring cash.

This laundrymat is very clean, the washers/dryers are clean, they all work great and you have a selectionof regular orspeedwasher/dryer and they have etra large o.e tpo so you can get 3 loads done at once. They have a "happy hour" from1am to 4am where machimes are 1/2 off and theres also tables to.fold your clothes at.

Driving thru here from Canada to MX desperately needed to wash our clothings.
Found this place, wasn't sure about the coin less and surprisingly it works like a charm!
The man here is helping everyone, extremely friendly and nice to chat with.
Also it's spotless !!!

I love this facility! I came one day only to find out that the chip cards needed to run the machines are no longer being produced due to shortages. I was still able to run my laundry loads for my businesses since the owner had a card. He took me to a cash register to pay my bill when I was finished. I had to come back a day or so later to run 85 lbs of towels & linens. I explained my situation and desperately pleaded for a chip card or alternative solution to run my laundry after 6pm since I'm normally cleaning and attending to other matters during standard business hours. One of the shop workers (owners??) sold me her personal card due to the situation I was in. She was amazing! Of course they probably can't do this for every customer but they really saved me because no way am I running 85+ lbs of laundry with my home washer and dryer! The facilities are very clean and it's not a sketchy place compared to other laundromats around town. I'm so happy I found them & the customer service is killer!

Great place to do laundry. Brian and Knuckles are awesome and very helpful to those who have any questions. Clean new machines and dry clean is also available.

🤣🤣🤣Bahahaha!!!!! The owner's response on some of these reviews alone make it worth the 5 star review!!!!!... But, the facility also earns the 5 stars... Been coming here off and on for a few years now (washer/dryer goes out at our place, have too much laundry for regular loads etc.). Best part is that it's a 24/7 laundry facility!!! I've always gone in the middle of the night or very late and it's always been clean ✔✔✔. Used to love their middle of the night deal but, not sure they have them anymore???? Still worth going here though!!!

Update: I just went through my second trip to Rincon Cleaners. I increased my review for consistency. It looked just as clean and orderly as last time.

Overall, It was well lit and very clean. While the prices are a little more than my previous laundromat, I didn't see one machine out of order, and I get the feeling that their machines don't break very often either.
It shows that employees and owner care about this place.

Even though there were plenty of types of washing machines, I used both of the heaviest duty(5x load, I think) machines they had. It cost around 7 dollars per load but fit a month of clothes in each (I was really behind on laundry) and got them very clean.

My initial impression of the dryers is somewhat lacking. It took longer to dry a small load than what I have experienced in the past but, in fairness, they were different dryer models also.
I'll just have to work out the best method to dry again.
One thing of note, I found it amusing that the bottom row of dryers cost less to use than the top row.
Yet another example in life of how you can save money to get what you want just by bending over.

Anyway, Rincon Cleaners & Laundromat is my new destination for washing my clothes. I am glad that I tried them.
I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for one.

Honestly, its a great place to do your laundry at night. I work long, odd hours, so im usually there around 11 pm or 1 am.
Its always been tidy! But thats a subjective term, just like the dumdum that said having to get a service person was "inconvenient".
I bet she never does laundry at the mat, and had a bad day because she broke a nail or something.
Ive been through horrible laundry experiences and great ones like I have here.

Nobody is THAT stupid people.
I reported those reviews because they do not help in deciding whether or not this place is good. They are isolated and completely subjective personal experiences based on erroneous conclusions and speculations from some half wits broken life experience, rather than critique based on factual metrics derived from commonplace, and relevent experience.

Im going there now.
Its going to take me about 1&1/2hours to wash and dry 8 loads, costing about 18$.

Knowing that its not going to suck, PRICELESS!

Simple and quiet..kind of..a bit pricey.
Update:11/22/23- now new washer machine and dryer.!! Now the price is right!! It wash real good like home

I just started coming here recently. So far, it’s been only great service. The owner, Brian, is very friendly and helpful. My washes and dry cycles always come out great. If there is ever a problem, someone is always near by to help.
I will be coming back to this location because of the quality clean and friendly staff.

Happy hour from 1am to 4am is awesome. The washer are like half price. Only thing is that at that time of the morning it tends to bring out the weirdness in people. A little scary to be there alone. Very clean and they do offer a drop off service.

My first time here and I had the pleasue of meeting Lupe, who took care of my needs quickly and efficiently and even put my garments on hangers. She is a VERY NICE PERSON. I will be back

I used their laundry services recently for the first time and i was very happy with the service they provided. The staff did an excellent job getting my clothes cleaned, folded (socks too), and packaged up neatly before pick up time as I showed up early and they were ready to go. Prices are fair and affordable. Definitely recommend. Thanku ladies

Very clean, super friendly, and good prices. They attendant was super helpful and while doing laundry we saw her cleaning everything this our second time here and we’ll definitely continue to come back
