Banfield Pet Hospital

This vet clinic was able to see my cat for a chronic cough with last minute scheduling on my part. The vet we saw was Dr.Renee Lafort and she was amazing and truly passionate about animal health and well-being. I will be bringing all my cats here for care. The hospital is clean and the techs are friendly. Appointments are also very easy to book. My cat and I are happy we found this place.

Absolutely amazing. They took such great care of my cat Dorrie today! Everyone was SO kind. The nurse and vet are clearly skilled at their jobs, and explaining things to the pet parents! I left there feeling secure about my kitty’s well-being today and moving forward! 💖✨ I wish I remembered the nurse’s name to share here as well, but the vet we saw (Dr. Fogaren) was INCREDIBLE! I’m sure every veterinarian there is great, but if you get her just know your pet will be taken care of! 💖🐱

Only pet hospital I take my 10yo lab/boxer /hound rescue to because the staff is knowledgeable and compassionate to his needs.

My German Shepard cut all his paws on cement and banfield took care of him the next morning and he got the meds he needed and the proper bandages.

I had had a bad experience at the Cat Clinic in downtown Plymouth, where the doctors wanted to sedate my cat, so I was a little worried ahead of our appointment at Banfield. I was beyond happy and relieved that Dr. Hatch is such a wonderful, skilled doctor who could work with my cat's grumpiness without having to sedate her. He even took the time after her appointment to talk to me for several minutes, learn more about my cat's background, and explain in detail everything he did and the shots my cat received during the appointment. I left feeling fully informed and confident in my cat's care! The reception staff was wonderful and kind too, and the clinic itself is light, modern, and clean.

Super friendly staff that runs their business professionally and with the utmost concern for our furry friends and their crazy owners. Banfields has been taking care of "Chuck" for 14 years and that speaks for itself

The 5 stars are for Dr. LaFort and her assistants! They are amazing and have always put the care of my fur babies as a priority. They love they have for them is amazing. They are excited to see them as well as giving them the care they need. She is understanding with the proper care my babies need on top of financialy not hurting the pocket 🤭
I would give the office / front end 3 stars. Some of them are a great while others lack customer service. I continue to drive 1hr to come here for the care that Dr. LaFort and her team gives to my babies.

They have a wonderful staff especially Jess Vargas! My Smore's was 18 years old and at the end of his time here with me sadly with all my love i had to let him go painlessly. On January 29 2019. The Vet and Jess by our side They we're just WONDERFUL! They we're compassionate and respectful above and beyond just a job for them. Always will i remember that moment Thank You! This is my Smore's

My first trip and so far so good love their health plans

Today my cat was having issues with his eye. He's an indoor cat and never had any issues so we haven't been regular vet people. I signed our cat up for the wellness plan and called to see if they had any appointments sooner than their website showed. They had some cancellations and were able to take our cat in right away! We dropped him off and came back to pick him up later (COVID policy). Everyone was so nice, clear with instructions and what they did for him.

Very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Dr Lafort spent a lot of time educating me on how to clean my cocker spaniel ears.

1. Friendly & Fast!
Everyone was very kind and informative. I tend to forget all the things I plan on bringing up to the vet when I'm standing in the office. But, every step of the way they explained what they were doing and why and were full of knowledge.

2. They have the gentle touch!
They were wonderful with my small, extremely shy chihuahua. He never made a fuss. They talked to him and gave him praise every step of they way which is exactly what my little boy needed to make it through such a 'scary' time. 😂

3. Not pushy!
I really liked the fact that unlike other vets they were very realistic. No one tried to push products, tests or procedures that weren't necessary. Which leads me to #4.

4. No guilt for saying no!
There was no 'bad pet parent' guilt vibe for declining anything, which I find to happen at other vets. They were very realistic about what my pup needed, made suggestions, gave me pamphlets to take home and review but 'let it be' when I declined.

OVERALL:
It was such a pleasant experience for both myself and my fur baby. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet that will look at your pet with the same love and compassion you do.

Dr. Lussier and her staff are beyond kind, compassionate and caring when it comes to caring for my seven year old goldendoodle. He has been a patient of Dr. Lussier since I brought him home. She’s so good about listening to me and my concerns as well as patient with my dog as he gets nervous. I highly recommend Banfield in Plymouth.

We have Dr.Tambaschi @ Plymouth Petsmart. Absolutely love her. The staff here is great. The Wellness plans offer more than any other plan we've had.

Staff is very nice. Vetranarian went over all test results. first time at this location and we were very happy with the experience.

Always helpful, always informative. They all love these animal's and it shows!

Ruth is the best very around! Chowder (my dog) and I love her and we drive from the Cape to see her.
