I have to say that I am beyond impressed with the level of customer care provided by our local furniture store. I recently fell in love with a brought a beautiful new bedroom set and after a few weeks had some issues with a chemical smell that was not going away. I called and asked them what I should do amd without skipping a beat they said they were replacing the whole set.
Not only did they reach out to the manufacturer to let them know, they get the new set, put it all together at the store, let it air out ans made sure that it didn't have the same issue. To top it all, they came and took down the old set, removed it and out the whole new set up for us. Thank Goodness because we surely didn't want to do it all over.
Hands down, best experience. I adore my new room and am sleeping like a baby!

Casey and Terri are wonderful . I live in Oregon went up to camas Washington after seeing an add on Craig list . From the minute I called talked to Casey my feeling was good . He answered my questions and that afternoon I drove up he and Terri gave me that one on one that you don’t get any more at other places . I bought two items from
them . Couch was in stock. The delivery went very well Casey came with a helper . They put a nice blanket on ground at top of my steps so it would not damage the couch . They helped me very happy cheerful . I will be doing business with them again . It’s well worth the drive up . Thank you again for the good customer service .

My husband and I bought a bed, mattress and recliner here. The customer service was wonderful and Terie was such a kind person to interact with. There were a couple errors with our order but they were acknowledged and fixed right away. We will definitely do business here again! Great unique selection.

Probably my favorite furniture outside of the state of Texas. Terie has such an appreciation for fine wood furniture and she really helped me understand Lexington Furniture lines and how they compare to others made in the same time period. Spoiler alert, she's got taste and she curates a mean collection!

I would say Terie is a gem. She knows the history of so many American furniture makers, I could spend an entire afternoon here if my partner would let me!

When I need to furnish my next home, I will be finding Terrie FIRST before I go anywhere else.

This was my first time into the store. Great location and easy to find Beautiful furniture with accessories and very well displayed. Outstanding customer service and locally owned. I purchased two pillows by bed tech scented with essential oils and they are amazing. Luxury memory foam pillows at a great value. Highly recommend this store. I will be back to purchase a sectional and dining room set.

My husband and I ciuld not be happier to find Home Town as we were building a "grannypod" on our sons property. We found dining table. Chairs. End tables and bed frame and the most fabulous mattresses. With Covid our building was delayed for many month. HomeTown offerred is free storage and delivery. When a piece was found to be damaged it was immediately replaced no questions. No hesitation. We didnt just get new furniture but feel like Teri and all are new friends. Dont think we could come into town without stopping to say hi! Thank You!

This store is the best. Terri helped me figure out furniture for my living room. I continue to go back and by additional pieces of furniture for my home. We own a BNB and would love to show off the many pieces of furniture we have purchased from them.

The lady that runs this place is awesome and so helpful. The decor in here is Country/Rustic. Super cute!!

Casey was terrific! Great prices and beautiful selection

I have purchased over 23 pieces of furniture from Terie in the past 8 months. The service was great, friendly and helpful. Some pieces have a little damage and Terie is replacing them, but so far, after several months, I haven't received my replacements. Most items took much longer to receive than promised and when I ask, I get the runaround about shipping taking too l9ng at the dock, but when I order from other places, it only takes a few days or a week. I was having such a good relationship with Terie, I didn't want to complain, but some pieces came damaged but I just kept them. My last 2 items I ordered were on COD, but I waited 3 months and by the time she called me to deliver, I canceled. I wasn't treated very well and was told that's not how she does business. Thousands of $$$$ later, I feel very disrespected and will no longer do business there.
