Just wanted to express gratitude. I came in this evening with some golf questions and met Ben at the Christiansburg store. He was extremely helpful offering his expertise. I'm new to the sport so it was really nice to have someone who was obviously an experienced practitioner who was passionate about the sport and helping others up their game. Many thanks for the pro tips and suggestions. I'm loving my new putter grip after some carpet shots once I got home

We were looking for jackets online and we saw great deals a the store but we needed in a different size and the staff girl help us wit us with the order online. Excellent service 👌🏻

I was going to give 4 stars because the times I have been, this location has very few choices in the sizes I need (men's 12 and 14). However, I LOVE their price match policy! It is far better than any other store I have been to. I ended up spending a bit more time finding some soccer and football cleats which were acceptable to my teenage boys, but the price match made up for it.

I had an issue with an item that i had purchased with an extended warranty. I spoke to one of the store managers Luke. He listend to my issue and came up with a solution quickly. Top notch Customer Service that is hard to find these days. It was a Saturday and the store was very busy but he took the time to take care of his customer. 5 stars!!!!!!!

Really helpful, I somehow ended up with different size shoes in the box, which normally isn't a big deal. Unfortunately I happened to be traveling through Christiansburg though and didn't realize the mix up until I was home. The nearest store is nearly 2 hours away from me. The main customer service number really couldn't do anything to help but suggested I try calling this store in Christiansburg. The manager was super helpful, he found the mixed up shoe and we're getting it swapped out. Awesome.

Dekinnon was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. I bought binoculars and was confident in my choice after Dekinnon's consultation. Isaac welcomed me to checkout and informed me of options for my purchase. Very pleasant experience.

Had to get a left handed glove called them they were great on the phone, when we got there even better service! So happy! Thank yall for the great service!

Was shopping for a bicycle and really didnt know how to purchase for size and for the terrain I was going to be on. I didnt realize there were so many options. The gentleman was very informative. Love this store! I have always gotten great service here.

Jessica is super helpful! I wanted to buy a Fitbit and Jessica helped me find a coupon. Also the color I wanted was not available so she helped me order one online. Will go again for the superb customer service !

The store is great. It's kind of hit or miss on if you need a lot of technical help from staff members. That's ok, I don't generally expect too much; I come for the deals.
