Kroger

Kroger's steadily has incredible staffing. This morning I was helped by a young man, Connor, who went out of his way to track down a product that, for me, was well hidden. He did it with a smile even though I know he interrupted his duties just to see that I got the best help possible. I was also helped by a young woman (but I failed to get her name) in the diary department (yoghurt) who also was well informed about her work. You have hired some great people! Kudos to Kroger's!

Always workers around to help, today I think they were price checking, so there were like 3 people an isle. Only draw back is usually only one served check out, the rest are self checkouts. So if you dont like that, you may have to wait if theyre busy.

This is a very busy Shopping Center but they also have a little bit of everything. They have a great selection of Deli items that you can pick up and take for lunch or dinner. There is a Starbucks inside and as well as a sushi bar.

This is my favorite kroger. I either go to this kroger or to foodlion in Christiansburg. I love both of these grocery stores, I can't pick a favorite so they are both my favorite.

Great Kroger grocery store. Clean and well organized. Food, beer, and organic food selection is particularly good. Cashiers are friendly.

Large clean store with plenty of room. Very nicely laid out. Produce looked nice and fresh. Boar's Head deli meats are unbeatable at the deli. A little pricier than other local grocery stores.

Always in and out as fast as possible. The employees are very kind and helpful

You can find everything you need and prices are really reasonable. The new layout is awesome

Used their bathroom stocked with toilet paper and toilet flushed and no clogs or messes. Thanks Kroger doing what you can to keep it clean and sanitary!

Love the clicklist they load your groceries without getting out of the car and they even brought a treat out! So pleased!

Nothing has really changed in our community other than more people wear masks now and plenty of others don't. The store was as busy as always. Nice people. Very Courteous. All Shelves stocked. Nice clean store.

Very pleasant atmosphere first time in the store. Employees very friendly and helpful. So much to look at I was like a kid in a candy store!
Cant say the same for gas station not friendly not the first time at this station. Attendant didn't want to give change for air pump told my husband to go to carwash down the road! I'm sure others have had better experiences.

Kroger's great!! Great prices and I have NEVER had a negative experience with any of the staff. Not to mention if you have the Kroger card, you can even get cheap gas from there. I saved points for maybe a couple months and got 50 or 60 cents off PER GALLON!! I think I paid .80c per gallon. You can't beat that!!

From the day I moved here I fell in love with this store, from the great quality products they carry to the awesome people they employ I couldn't ask for a better grocery store! They are always happy to order a product you want if they don't carry it. The store is always extremely clean and orderly. With all the recent work done to expand their services, it's an even greater pleasure to know I have this resource so close to home. The pharmacy even engages in price comparison to offer you the best prices they can get! If you need to go shopping for anything from food to sunblock to charcoal, and even dishes and cookware- this place has it!

This is a brand new store with all the specialties included. I love the choices on the shelves and knowledgeable department personal. However, it is so big it is difficult to shop for just a few things. Be prepared to walk and explore many unique food choices Kroger's has brought to the area.

Have always been very helpful. Last trip, I realized that I had forgotten two bags in the self checkout. I called after I had unloaded and put away my groceries. They went out , found my bags then put them in the fridge and held them for me until I could come back.

The woman at the self checkout on this day around 3pm was absolutely wonderful. Something was wrong with my card and she paid for my juice. I'm currently pregnant so this literally almost made me cry and helped me out immensely. 💓 Thank you to whoever she was. God bless her.

I love that they introduced ClickList. I often am forced to do my shopping at peak hours and the store can be a bit chaotic with hundreds of customers clicking their hooves on the tile floor in every direction. I like being able to just order online and skip the cacophony.

The place was fully stocked with fresh produce. Didn't wait very long in check out line. Employers were very friendly and informative.

The new deli, cheese shop, food court is awesome! I work close by and eat lunch there frequently. There are so many choices, there is something for everyone one. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are helpful and friendly.
