Kohl's

I usually go here for my Amazon returns. Very friendly staff and nice store. This last time I decided to look for some shoes for my kid. Very small selection but we found a couple great pairs on sale (10$ off). They had some traditional Nikes also. I even got to use a coupon and save more $.

Excellent customer service.
One of the men carried a huge dollhouse to the counter for me. Then he put it right in my car. I fractured my wrist and couldn't do it myself. Thank you so much!

Found a couple of Christmas gifts I was not expecting to get but are perfect. The checkout lady was very sweet! Will be back.

The manager of this store is always visible, friendly and even working the cashier station during busy times

The employees are super nice & helpful. One young man really went out if his wat to help me find a blouse for a work mtg I had the next morning. The check out cashier was equally wonderful. She explained and signed me up for your rewards program.....Great crew, nice clothing choices...but a little pricey.

It’s a typical kohls location with no customer service. Out of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve seen one employee interact with anybody, and she was picking up a coupon she found on the ground and handed it to a lady and told her she’s going to save 15% now on her purchase, I was also next to said customer in line and the coupon wasn’t even going on until the next week! Was pretty funny

I came in the day before Easter needing a new dress for church, and dress shoes for my son. I was afraid they wouldn't have many dresses left like everywhere else. But they had so many to choose from. Some were a little expensive but then I noticed they were on sale. There was an employee that walked with me the whole time trying to help me find the perfect dress. She walked me to the dressing room. And helped me the entire time with anything I needed. Then at checkout she even gave me another coupon which made my dress and my son's dress shoes even cheaper. Friendliest staff, clean store, definitely 5 stars. Will continue to shop there.

Love shopping at Kohls always have sizes i need in stock. Store is always clean and friendly staff. And can't beat using coupon codes and Kohls cash stacked together makes for some awesome deals.

First visit to the cburg store bc my visit to the roanoke store years ago wasnt a great experience. They were busy due to the holidays, so the line was expected. A guy manager rung me up (Wesley? Emory?)and was very nice and signed me up for a credit card. So glad I was able to do that and get my shopping done. They had a great selection and lots of sales. Great place to get my teen aged children clothes for Christmas.

Store employee volunteered to help us at the kiosk to order king-size sheets. She used our Kohl's cash and added additional savings coupons, saving us over $65 off our bill! Thank you.

Kohl's is located in the New River Valley Mall in Christiansburg, Virginia. there is loads of parking just outside the store. The store is very clean, uncluttered, and well-organized. There was plenty of staff on hand to help me answer questions and God. The store seems to be well maintained. There was a large selection of clothing for the family and shoes.

My daughter placed an order on line. She sent me a e-mail link to allow me to pick it up for her. I had no problems

I was dismayed when I saw how long the line was when I entered the store, then amazed at how quickly it moved. The cashiers were efficient and cheerful, nothing like I expect in a store this time of year :)
