American Eagle Store

My husband and I had a great experience here today. We had to return 2 items but ended up browsing around first. Jessica was super helpful and sweet from the moment we walked in all the way up to us checking out. I believe she was the leader on duty and it was super refreshing to see a leader treat not only us, as the customer, but also her associates with kindness! Will return :)

Visited all of the clothing stores in town and at the mall looking for a dress with my daughter. AEO was the _only_ retailer to stop what they were doing to see if they could help and talked to my daughter about what she wanted. It was like in Pretty Woman, great service. Will return for sure. I bought stock in this company the next day.

Will never buy Jean's from anywhere else. They are wonderful. Staff is very good. They greet you upon entering the store, and provide assistance when needed. The man that helped us even offered to order the jeans I wanted in my size and ship them right to my house. A+ customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I buy most of my clothes here. The blue jeans are for people that are quit thin so I do not buy the jeans [I need more room in the thighs]. However, I love the jogger pants, the boxers they sell, as well as the shirts. I wear an extra large in jogger pants and shirts and they fit very nicely. Good selection and variety. They seem to carry a LOT of small and medium clothing with a few large and extra large so I do have to be patient or buy online instead of instore.

I’m not from here I’m from Roanoke and was just visiting, but the staff here is amazing!! Brent especially so sweet and talkative! You guys are doing great😊
