Very good associate! Very patient with an older customer in front of us. Cheerful, polite, considerate, and knew her store-company. Now, BELK could have had more help. Long line. But the associates are great!

Many stores for everybody, It has a beautiful nursery for your children while you do your shopping, an exclusive shoe store, a children's play area, a cafeteria, a store with Hello Kitty products, the Converse store was the one I loved the most since it had good prices and excellent service.

Best place to get a beautiful outfit! Great prices. The only problem is the checkouts. You have to walk a mile to find one open. Sad

I saw this dress for my wife I thought it would look so beautiful. The quality of the clothing was amazing and the prices are good to.

My wife has Alzheimers. The staff in the ladies department was exceptionally helpful in selecting the correct sizes in what I was looking for. The sale prices were a good value and the quality of clothes exceeded the competition in this area. Overall it was a very good experience.

Huge store. Huge sales racks with sales up to 75% off anytime of day month or year ontop of their holiday sales so definitely a fantastic variety there! Love to visit this belk!!!

my boyfriend and I had a great experience with Belk staff. they were very helpful as we were searching for a suit. they assisted us with sizing and even gave us an extra coupon. amazing customer service!!!!!!!

Great service from the lady that waited on me but the store was very short staffed. She as well as the few other employees were overwhelmed to no fault on them. The lines were long and backed up. Unbelievable to me 5hat belk would treat employees like that. Very disappointed in the company itself.

Good clothes at reasonable prices

Bell is excellent. You can buy regular straight leg Levi's,dress clothes, children's apparel, men's casual and dress clothing, brand name shoes and make up. Their clearance sales items are priced are so low it's madness

First before I get started I would like to say thank you to Humid ,and Mike who run the shoe dept at Belks Dept store in Christians burg Va . Very professional men who treated me like a customer and not a number .
10-18-2016 At 10.00 am I walked into the store with a pair of high dollar dress shoes and that I bought less then 3 month ago. I showed the shoes to both men and explain to them that the shoes looked new But had holes in the bottom from very light wear .. I never suggested in any way I wanted money back..I just wanted a little love on my next puchace .Less than a second after looking at my shoes they where on the phone with the Manger of the store . Wow ,,,Not only did they have sympathy for me they explain some times shoe have defects. In my case no doubt.
Not only did they put the credit back on my card they actually care about me...That is hard to find...Not only did I replace my shoes with new Rock ports,,, I bought a new pair of Sperry water pair boots .I thank the store very much and it well always have my business..Now i know why I have been a card holder from day 1......Thank you all for being there for me .

I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of merchandise is great.

Bell in Christiansburg, Virginia is at the New River Valley Mall. This is easy to spot. This is a newly remodeled store with a large selection. There is definitely not enough staff on hand to handle the registers and help customers with shopping. Overall it was clean, well-lit, and has an enormous selection.
