Maui Garden Oasis

I really loved my stay there and I still think about the lovely garden with a beach view. Great outdoor BBQ facilities, nicely designed rooms and free beach supplies such as towels and boards. I felt very private but had a good time with the wonderful owners too.They let me play their piano as well and we spend a nice evening over a bunch of cheese and wine.Today is my last day on Hawaii and I still think about this true Aloha oasis. One of a lot of highlights: 2 cute cats who enriched the evenings in the garden!!

A wonderful bed and breakfast just north of Lahaina. Quaint rooms, some of which with beautiful views of the water and the sunset. I believe there are only 8 rooms, so it’s sweet and familial. Easy to find and with plenty of parking. It’s a traditional home in a residential neighborhood, converted to a bed and breakfast so it feels like going home every night :) Rooms are cleaned every day. Easy check in and check out.

Nice, clean, spacious, friendly, a real oasis. Bodyboards, snorklingequipment and beach towels are available for free. There is a very nice common roofed eating area with a huge gasgrill, microwave and a toaster. There is a hammock and lots of well kept plants.

We just wrapped up a three-day Stay-cay at this little lovely Hidden Gem of an oasis! We booked on a whim, and Jamie the owner of the property made it a seamless check in at 9 pm. The property is meticulously maintained. We chose the deluxe Suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room and could not have exercised a better option! The balcony gave stunning views of sunsets. Jamie has great taste in Furnishings as well! The bedding quality was top-notch!.... All in all it felt like Home!!

Awesome views, spacious and quite luxurious rooms and cool host! And oh... the bath tub has a jacuzzi function ;)

My fiancé and I stayed in the Ocean View room at Maui Garden Oasis for 5 days and absolutely LOVED it. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our vacation. We rented bikes from Boss Frogs (1 mile away) and rode all around Lahaina downtown and to Black Rock Beach (couple miles away). The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, which gives you a local and relaxed feel (resorts can be noisy and overly populated). The owner, her son, and the cleaning staff were extremely kind and excellent hosts during our stay. We can't wait to come back and bring the rest of our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Garden Oasis. Great location near Lahaina Historic district and also Kaanapali (plenty of restaurants, shops and bars close by including Safeway). There are also countless beaches nearby that are extremely easy to access. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and easy to get a hold of. They provide all the beach gear you would need as well! It is one large home turned "B&B", so some of the rooms are on the smaller side and the walls are thinner (you may hear the other guests a little bit) but the neighborhood and neighbors are all pretty mellow. Overall the stay was really peaceful. Come during whale season and you'll see them breaching right at the end of the street at the beach park!

Amazing place! We stayed at Maui Garden Oasis in the end of March and we absolutely loved it! The island view suite was fabulous, especially the view. It was everything we’ve been looking for after we stayed in a busy place in Oahu. The owner were very kind and made sure we felt welcome and at home. We loved the little garden and the perfect location of the accommodation. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful and relaxed place away from the touristy hotels but still only five minutes away from groceries or restaurants. Thank you!! ☺

Super quaint spot! Very quiet and neighborhood feel. Love the entry walkway with beautiful plants. Family vibe locally owned. Def recommend!! Close to the harbor so we were able to book early excursions!

We stayed at Garden Gate last September and we fell in love with this little gem! Steve and Jeri are the best host, always making sure you've got everything you need. And they do provide everything you need to make the best of your Maui vacation! Very clean, quiet, beautiful property and awesome breakfast! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Maui Garden Oasis was perfect! From the location to the view, I would recommend this space to any Maui traveler who values authentic experiences over fancy resort pools.

MGO is a small B&B (6 rooms) nestled in a neighborhood between Lahaina and Kaanapali. The neighborhood is full of beautiful flowers and mountain/ocean views. Immediately, I felt a bit more like a local. The location was perfect for hitting beaches in Kaanapali and shops/dining in Lahaina (about a 5-8 min drive to each).

The room (as described) has a king bed, mini fridge, kitchenette with microwave, and several dishes/silverware. The bathroom is full of natural light, and has a large vanity. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The room had a spacious deck with a panoramic ocean view and lounge chairs + bistro table with umbrella- We star gazed at night and whale watched during the day (saw a full breach by a beautiful humpback and tons of blows and fin slaps).

The real amenities lie in the shared space- MGO offers tons of beach gear to be borrowed- a variety of chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sunscreen (reef safe!), beach towels, toys, floaters, AND MORE! I can’t overstate how amazing this is- similar rentals would cost a small fortune to rent.

The host was not available when I arrived, but I was greeted by a sweet black cat & check in directions. We met the host later in our stay and he was so kind and welcoming.

I was looking for a hot shower and a cozy bed and this place more than delivered. Very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and the view was great to wake up to, seeing the ocean from my bed. I was a bit lost showing up and they called to make sure I found the place. Would definitely stay again, mahalo 🤙🏼

My husband and I recently stayed here and whenever we visit Maui moving forward, we will stay here. It's a small, family owned and run beautiful accommodation. It's in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk from the ocean, a further walk or short drive to Lahaina, and short drive to Ka'anapali Beach. The rooms were clean and well designed. So many of the hotels or condos you find on the island are in need of a renovation. This place is a light, airy, and well thought of space. There's a BBQ that's available for use, as well and beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie board - all for free. Laundry available on site for a fee. If you're looking for a place to stay in Maui, this is it.

Cozy, modern B&B located a nice 15 minute walk from Downtown Lahaina. The Island View Suite had a beautiful view over the Ocean and nearby islands of Lanai and Moloka'i. There was a table with chairs and lounge chairs outside the room for personal use. King size bed with plenty of pillows. Large TV, jacuzzi tub, and a small bar area. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast with a variety of local fruits.

I have travelled extensively to all continents both for business and holidays. I was delighted with the level of service and personal touch at Garden Gate Bed & Breakfast.

If you are looking for something relaxing, clean and with character this will meet your needs The rooms are spacious, light and cosy with garden and ocaean views.

The owners Steve and Jeri are very friendly and nothing is ever too much of a bother for them. They are always happy to assist with suggestions on what to do and where - and anthing thing else for that matter!

Their personal approach and sincerity made all the difference and on that basis, i would recommend Garden Gate to anyone looking for a comfortable and warm environemnt !

We visited in February, had a wonderful experience staff is great owners are friendly went as far as to replace our mattress ,We never complained about it .most places wait until your gone to do that. Thanks for taking such good care of us .

This hotel was lovely! Very well located and clean. We enjoyed the garden in the morning for breakfast under the thriving vegetation. Good value for money.

The room was very nice. The hosts were awesome! Very nice to deal with and great to talk to. I would recommend staying here, and I will stay here in the future.
