I've been living here for a week with my wife and I have to say its been great. Friendly neighbors, Had a small leak under my sink maintenance responded quickly and took care of it, Very friendly,
Office called the next day to check if everything was taking care of. Love the area well maintained.

I just made a year here. And so far 5 Stars! Karen very helpful. she's great! And maintenance Great! I can take a nap anytime.

Beautiful, quiet area. Everyone is so friendly. The maintenance staff always exceeds expectations . The manager Karen is so kind and helpful. I love it here.

Five stars for the maintenance crew! My mom lives there. She is elderly and the maintenance crew goes above and beyond when she needs them. Gives me a peaceful feeling knowing they are there.

Have a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath townhouse, spacious enough, fairly soundproof, well cared for community. Quieter and back away from the road offers a sense of home. Maintenance responsive and neighbors say hello. This place is a great find for good people. Glad to be here.

Here they are 1 to 2 bedrooms for the most part you get assigned parking I find them to be an older model she lives on the 1st floor you can hear everything above her with the people on the 2nd floor I think they need to be rebuilt... And I think very pricey for that kind of an apartment but other wires washer and dryer and each unit and there's always people outside doing grounds keeping

Lived here for 2 years first off you hear everything. And I mean everything. I have never lived in an apartment where you hear the people on the first floor as if they were above you. Management does nothing you tell them about the noise and nothing gets done. Its a real shame cause the property is real nice. I believe the nicest in the area but for what you pay and the noise you have to deal with not worth it at all. And do something about the management there a joke get someone who knows how to deal with problems and who is around when needed no one is ever in the office.

Took a friend to look at an apartment the person giving the tour wasn't too friendly seemed a bit odd due to you want people to come to your place to live apartment seem to be a little outdated we asked about rug and paint was given very vague answers unfortunately didn't have a good visit and my friend will not be renting from this establishment.

they should hang a sign that reads "Resident Doctors only need apply" because if you are a hospital tech, aid or even a first year nurse you most likely don't make enough to meet their income requirements. And if you think you will have a roommate to help with the process, don't bother - you both need to make enough money individually to qualify, and co-signers cannot help to bridge this gap either
