Amazing produce section! So many products from other cultures, we wanted to try everything. The kafta was mixed fresh while I waited, we just had it for dinner and it was fantastic! All the employees we interacted with were helpful and friendly. This is going to be a weekly visit!

We live very close to Azar’s and we love their halal meats, homemade hummus, wonderful selection of olives, wide variety of olive oils and inexpensive fruit and vegetables.

I agree that sometimes the fruit and veggies must be eaten within 1-3 days, buts it’s often half the cost of other grocery stores.

This is an International market and almost all of the employees are not American born. Sometimes they have a basic understanding of English. Typically they understand it much better than they speak it. I don’t often find them to be rude but I do understand why someone might perceive rudeness when a language barrier causes some frustration.

Their flower selection in the spring and summer is great.

All in all a great store with unique products and excellent prices.

The best selection of produce in the Valley. They have hard to find items such as raw olives, figs, tropical fruit and veggies. Impressive meat and cold cut counter. All types of flat breads. Extensive spice isle. All kinds of grain and nuts. Great candy section. Hookah supplies. They even have a garden center. Handicap parking and entrance. Friendly staff.

Great experience at this store. The selection is diverse and the quality is excellent. Very fresh, cheap produce and a great selection of Middle Eastern foods. All the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Hands down best place to get your produce in the area. The prices are amazing and the quality of food is perfect. Plus the folks there are incredibly nice and helpful.

I'm new to the area . First time being here and it was a very clean store I love all the fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff are extremely friendly and helped me find sun dried tomatoes. I love the bread and the the olives . I feel the prices are good for my budget. They sell some fruit and vegetables that you don't see in a normal food store which I like very much. Because I like to try new things. They have my candy there that I use to have as a child so it brings many memories. I give this store more than 5 stars. This store is beyond excellent. It's a must to stop in .

Amazing selection for produce, international products and a fresh deli counter. Prices are great, selection is abundant, and this place has a very welcoming feel. My wife and I picked up some Halva, Turkish Delight, German Chocolate, and Arepas. We will be coming back again and again for the variety of fresh produce!

Great experience. Fresh, inexpensive produce. Frozen, jarred, canned, and dried foods, too. Deli. Essentials like aluminum foil, etc. Even hookah accessories!

Reasonable prices on produce. Lots of cool items that can't be found anywhere else and I stock up on Turkish tea, wafers, and candy. The cashiers are courteous. I have never had an issue shopping here and will always stop by when in the Bethlehem area.
UPDATE 26 September 2018: It looks like they are changing their name to "Azar." The sign says they are staying the same ownership. Still no public rest room which sucks because I drive in from Reading. I met the owner's daughter today, July 24, 2019 and a very pleasant conversation.

A nice local market. Wide variety of fresh produce and fruits as well as many imported items. We go here every year for outdoor potted flowers.

So thankful I don’t have to take a weekly trip to Paterson. Great prices on produce. Some items you may need to eat quickly. My go-to spot for our staple Mediterranean items like fresh pita bread, labne, bulgur, tahin, and freekah.

It is the perfect place for fresh fruit and vegetables. Love the fresh meat, too. The fruit and vegetables here are fresh and at an awesome price.

Great meat and fruit and vegetables departments. Has a wide range of products from Mediterranean and Middle Asian countries. Here you can also satisfy your Halal poultry and beef requirements --at high level of quality.

Awesome crew of people working and one of the best sources of produce in the valley. I'd recommend checking this place out, it's a trip. Feels like an old school market and they have SO much.

Absolutely adore this market. We love to take the drive from Scranton, PA because nothing compares to the freshness and variety. It's worth the trip for all of the Middle Eastern goodies that remind me of my grandmother. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Can't wait to plan another drive down!

Great place to buy so much produce at great prices. Such a nice variety, everything is well stocked up, a lot of employees, store is clean and lines are not that long. They also have a butcher shop in the back that is pretty good as well. If you are looking for plants, they have those outside but, I did not look at them. It was 90°+ and I was walking around 😎

Best place for produce at great prices... and to get "exotic" snacks and goods so you can impress your yokel neighbors on how cultured and well travelled you are, even tho the farthest east you've ever traveled is Newark.
Extra points for being able to pronounce "baba ghanoush" and "shakshuka" without the shopkeepers laughing at you.
