I received the quote on Monday and their team was at our door by Wednesday installing the new HVAC (Condensor, Evaporator, Furnace and Thermostat panel). We had AC flowing in our house the same day, with a follow up to do some minor finishing touches. The team led by Teon, Shaggie and Jacob were professional and courteous. They were conscientious with wearing foot coverings and minimizing messes. They had great communication and let me know how things were progressing. All around these guys deserve kudos for a fantastic installation. We are very pleased with the final product. Also, appreciate the responsiveness and customer service with Heather in the back office and manager/owner Dean. Would recommend them enthusiastically.

Quantay and Joe arrived with all the necessary materials to replace our air handler and condenser. They spent several hours working in our hot attic and made a special effort to run cable through our home to avoid unsightly conduit on the exterior of the house.

Although I am not knowledgeable about HVAC systems, they did not leave until the units were installed, the worksite was clean, and everything was functioning properly. They worked incredibly hard and were highly professional.

I am very pleased with the service I received from A-Advanced Home Services on my air conditioner. Nick and Donny were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained what they were doing to fix the unit and gave suggestions on how to best maintain and clean HVAC system each year. I highly recommend these guys for service!

Alex and Danny were on time, approachable, and prepared to get my AC and heat back up and running. They are professionals in what they do. I would like to take the time to tell everyone about A-Advanced Home Services! I needed a new AC system and had heard about A-Advanced, I talked to the Owner Manny and he let me know what all I needed to have done and he was phenomenal! Kirsten got with me and gave me quotes and information I needed! And not even 2 days later I was getting my equipment installed! The technicians Brittany, Jeramiah and Rodney were nothing short of amazing. They were on time, worked very efficiently, and were very friendly and respectful people! If I had any questions they were there with a answer! Within a few hours I was all set to go! I highly recommend these 3 technicians! I would highly recommend this wonderful company!

A-Advanced Home Services has been my heating/ac company since I have been living in my current home for the past 4 years. This service call was great from the initial call taken by (Angel). She was very professional and compassionate to my concern and request. She went over and beyond to get me on the schedule same day. The tech (Luke) was excellent. Very respectful, knowledgeable to where he was happy to explain everything he was doing while I watched for my own understanding. He diagnosed the issue and resolved with confidence. I had called the home warranty who in turn set me up with this A Advanced Home Services. I had two previous experiences with contractors sent by the warranty company that left me... let’s just say 50/50 on whether I would keep the warranty company. A Advanced restored my faith. They were courteous, professional, and effective! I was called the morning of the appointment, given a two hour window, and called again when the technicians were on their way. Once here, they quickly diagnosed the problem and saw it through to repair. The gentlemen were incredibly personable, friendly; and most importantly, professional and knowledgeable.

The knowledge base of all 6 workers especially Jeramiah, Brandon, and Rodney excelled all expectations. They were polite, organized, efficient, answered all questions, ensured that the walls and floors were safeguarded when bringing in and taking out equipment. All debris from our old heating and air conditioning units were removed. All work was completed in 6 hours. Amazing! We expected it to take a lot longer. We received superior service and the workers commitment to their work was exemplary. It was very apparent that they enjoyed their job, even though it was 90+ degrees outside. We highly recommend A Advavce Home Services, you will not be sorry that you chose them!

This was my first experiencing with doing business with A advanced technician Michael Alston came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable. The technician Michael looked at my AC unit and when was done he broke everything down so that I would understand it.He even went the extra mile by talking to my husband on speaker phone letting him know what was wrong with the AC unit. I also thought that the technician did an excellent job with COVID precautions at no time during the visit did the technician Michael take off his mask while working with no AC in the home. Thank you Michael Alston for a job well done.

I had a great experience with A-Advanced. Nick came out to do the original service call and found a bad evaporator coil. They worked with my home warranty company to get a new air handler and Keith and Jacob installed it today. I was impressed that it only took 7 days from service call to install, as I've heard that working with home warranties and service companies is difficult. Honestly, they did all of the hard work and it only took one phone call on my end. I would absolutely recommend them!

These guys were great! Very polite. They explained everything to me and showed me how to use the app for setting the thermostat! Very satisfied with their work! They also came back out with someone different to inspect the new
Installion!

We had A-Advanced Home Services install a new Trane 2.5 ton heat pump full system in August 2020 because our old system kept breaking down. In March 2021, the weather started getting into the 70s and we went to switch from heat to A/C and the A/C would not cut on and the digital display inside on the heat pump system was flashing 2 error codes. I called A-Advanced and scheduled a technician to come out. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was polite and responsive. I got an text alert the morning of our appointment confirming the time and technician who would be arriving. The technician, Behzad, called me when he was 30 minutes out and he arrived on time and was very polite. He got the A/C working and then called Trane support for assistance to diagnose and clear the two error codes from the system. There was no charge because the system was still under warranty for labor and maintenance. We are very happy with the service we received and will be using A-Avanced in the future if needed.

The technicians had to come out to the house multiple time just due to the scenario that they were trying to resolve but very professional in explaining what they were doing and what needed to be done. Once parts were ordered they returned and quickly replaced the parts to get the ac unit back up and running. Very helpful in assisting me by helping move back some things I would have had to do myself.

A-Advanced Home Services was sent out by my home warranty company. Communication was great. The technician Dean was polite and quickly sorted out the problem. Once the part was in, they were prompt in contacting me and getting the repair completed. I am so grateful to have heat again!!

Donald arrived on time, after calling in advance to keep me posted on his status. He was professional and friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I have a newborn as well as I am watching my neighbor's infant, and he made it so I didn't have to leave them to show him where anything was. Our AC condenser unit is now functioning properly, and he did not try to force any sales on me (although he was happy to discuss the suggestions he had that did peak my interest). I will be using this company again and requesting him if and when there is a need. I wish more service calls were handled in this fashion.

Purchased a home and I wasn’t able to control the temperature in my house with the installed and configured thermostat. Rufus not only replaced the old one but installed my Nest and programmed it for me. He notified me when he was on his way and was on time. Very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will be asking for him next time I have any heating/cooling issues.
