Food Lion

This Food Lion packs in a lot of the things one would need from a lakeside grocery store. They are recently added self checkout registers and seems to have little seasonal products exactly when needed. Since there are not many options available in the area, this grocery store shelves can get pretty thin in the later parts of the evening. During the peak summer days, come early or you might not be able to find those essentials.

The closest grocer in the area and usually well stocked, I like that they've included self checkout. Staff are always helpful! Thank you Kentucky Springs Good Lion.

I really would like to thank Christy calloway at the food Lion in Louisa for her excellent, excellent service. I'm in a handicap situation and she went so above and beyond today to square away my order. She is just a lovely lovely person. I also have to say there were several people standing around who I asked give me a hand and nobody seemed to be able except for Christy. She jumped right in with both feet and took care of everything so I really appreciate her

Convenient location where there is not much around Lake Anna. This is a full service grocery store. We went back often to pick up items we needed for our family vacation at the Silver Sands of Lake Anna. Prices were very reasonable and the service was great.

Jocelyn was amazing. She was very friendly smiled. Well done!

Amazing staff great selection store does get very busy with the tourists which makes it hard for locals to get simple stuff but they move pretty quickly no matter what

While crowded weekends in the summer, this really is a wonderful store to go to.

They have a Great Special area for self care Men ,Women and Children.

Always have registers staffed. Friendly associates. Good variety of fresh produce.

I like this store. The only complaint I have is just how expensive it is vice other grocery stores we generally frequent. However, we got some cupcakes via a special order, and they were made and ready for us the next day. No complaints.

Love IT up here in Lake Anna and the people at Food Lion here are so friendly. Especially Wendy who checked us out at the front. Great smile and made me feel so welcome here.

Been coming to this food lion since it opens always has nice employees who are helpful the hot food bar is great here compared to other food lions the employees seem to take pride in actually making the food and enjoy the hot food bar and sushi thank you

I am -hooked- on the "To Go" option Food Lion has & service like this is exactly why 😍 I've been using the curbside pickup for a while now (it keeps me from over spending lol) & while I've yet to receive a bad order from this store, I absolutely love when Emily is the one pulling my order because I know extra care is being put into the items selected.

Tonight, though, this girl went above and beyond 🤩 I was already excited when her name popped up in the chat, but nothing can top when this girl walked out holding the cupcake she knew I'd ordered for the drive home in a separate bag with a note 📝 I mean, come on! Totally made my day! 😂

This is a busy store and I know finding good help is difficult these days, but you really can't top the customer service at the Lake Anna Food Lion. I -did- call her manager, Jerry, to make sure he knew how amazing she is, but I wanted to make sure Emily got a little more recognition, if possible 😁

Visit lake Anna every year, this store we shop at has everything ya need , great friendly staff, and we are impressed with how clean your store is ! Very impressive, recommend for sure ! We did all our shopping needs at Food lion , thank you!

Wonderful store layout. Incredibly easy to find the items you need but if you can't there are friendly and polite employees who will gladly help. As for the checkout process, you can expect a very speedy and professional job done by a hardworking, conversational, and respectful cashier.

Love my Food Lion. Check out is always quick, lots of registers open. Employees do their best, some more friendly than others. Selection and prices as expected based on size of store. Happy it's there!

Barreled into a woman in the seafood section here and watched a woman shoot her cart into the corral from across the parking lot with glitter in her eye, imagine if her vision would have been clear. 10/10 would come again.
