Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse

Greeted quickly politely and seated equally as politely server was great and accurate. Hot fast food. Thank you all staff!! Holiday music beautiful atmosphere and a Lighted boat parade sealing the great experience!! Must try the caramel hot hard latte ;)

We were visiting the area on a Saturday & decided to stop for lunch. The parking lot was very crowded so we thought it would be a long wait, but it wasn't. We were seated right away. Cindy was our server & was excellent - very friendly & attentive.
I ordered steamed shrimp & corn nuggets & they were delicious. I almost got hush puppies instead & am so glad I didn't. Those little nuggets are like a corn fritter - we loved them! They are at the top in the attached photo. The shrimp were perfectly spiced & cooked - just like being at the beach.
My husband got the cod sandwich with fries, which was also delicious. The fries were amazing!
We enjoyed our lunch at Tim's and will definitely stop when we are in the area again. Thanks, Cindy, for the great service!

What great place sitting on right on Lake Anna. You can get here by Car, Boat, Canoe, Paddleboat... really any way..well maybe not Air. They have a nice view of the water. Pretty Spacious inside and have a large deck on the back. Good sized bar in the middle as well. Staff was super nice and answered our 100 questions we had about the menu. Gave us some recommendations on items as well. We've have been here before and anytime we are vacationing on Lake Anna, we always make a dinner here. Food is always good. I have only gotten the Blue Crabs here which this time were a mixed bunch of males different sizes. They were pretty tasty. I also got a order of raw oysters. I had 1 bad one, told my waitress and she brought me a new one. Everyone was extremely happy with there food. Even though they had a sign that said you may have up to an hour wait for your food, it came in a timely manner. Great place to go. There is a little mini golf course next door and a Ice Cream shop downstairs. So you can definitely make it an event here. Good times, Good Service and Good Food!

Amazing oysters and crackers! The shrimp pasta was also delightful! The waitress was very friendly and helpful too.

Lots of fun to eat out on the deck for a late lunch. Fun to arrive by boat if possible. Our server Tia was fantastic.

Hailey was an awesome server. Prime Rib and 2 sides for me. Shrimp tacos for my dining partner. Great chocolate cake. First time. Will go again.

Love Tim's, always a fun stop when we visit Lake Anna and convenient to hop on/off the boat. The food and drinks are decent, the atmosphere is really worth it alone. My partner almost always gets the bbq sandwich and enjoys it and this time I got the seafood pasta to share and it was very good! The amount of sauce is alot, which I love but if you don't like tons of sauce you may want to ask them for less. Scallops were yummy in it and my favourite overall.
We had a super sweet server, Tia, and we arrived at 9pm (They close on 10pm rn , it's off season) she was so kind and communicative, got our orders in quickly for our large group of 9.
Overall a 10/10, a classic staple for boat outings and can't wait to come back ♡

The food was great!!! The service was great!!! The only bad thing was I live in Mount Pocono Pa and I can’t travel there every day! I was told I was the first to try their Alaskan crab legs in a steam bag ….. and it was awesome!!! I highly recommend this place for food and the sites (great photo opportunities). Great family spot, romantic getaway, or a place to go have a couple of great drinks. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Amazing service from all the bartenders. You could tell how busy they were but did not let it show. They were super friendly and there to offer another drink before you had finished. Crabs were very delicious. Hush puppies melt in your mouth

This was our first time at Tim's.
My wife had the broiled Cod platter and I had the spiced shrimp and snow crab.
Our main course and the side dishes were all
delicious and served hot.
We will be back.

Food was fair for a lake restaurant. Expect to pay a little more because of the setting. Service was a little slow because it was a Holiday weekend and short-staffed. Which I'm glad they acknowledged that at the beginning. However if you are going to have that excuse you need to adjust your menu to help mitigate some of that stress for your staff and guests. Overall was still a good experience and decent quality. I was actually surprised and very impressed with the cheese burger it reminded me of a old fashioned holiday cook out burgers patted out by your Grandma. Thick and juicy. We couldn't eat it all so later on the last evening we reheated and it still had a great flavor.

Will definitely be back. I live in Beaverdam and it's worth the 30 min drive to the middle of nowhere on the lake. Love love love it. Crab dip is amazing an can't go wrong on the raw oysters

The food was incredible as well as the service. Seems to be a very popular place. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is hungry or wants to eat some good food.

My wife had the cod dinner, broiled, and I had the rockfish dinner, cajun style. Both were good. Portions were large, and the baked beans were good, as a side. But my wife had not ordered baked beans, but corn. And I had not ordered coleslaw, but corn. The waitress was quick to bring us out two more side dishes of corn, and it was good.
She loved her peach margarita. I had a little taste of it, all that she would allow, and it was very good, but I had already ordered a beer.
We had also ordered the sea bites, small cubes of deep fried white fish, and we enjoyed those as well.

Nice country restaurant, lots of locals and lake people. Good food and people. Staff is very friendly.

It is a wonderful place, the people are very kind. The view to the lake is beautiful. My husband took me there for my birthday. We will most definitely be going back. Thank you Tim's at Lake Anna for making us feel so welcome.

Good views. I didn't have one on this visit, but the trays of crab going out looked delicious and those I saw eating looked happy. This visit I just had a burger and fries, still delicious and cooked just right. Next time, I'll have more time to try that crab.
