Cleanest micky D's there is. The employees are definitely encouraged to do their best. I don't know how it can be that well managed. I don't go to fast food places often but if they were all this nice I would go more often.

In the last week or two, myself and a lot of people in town have noticed that the new staff at this place is much improved to before. Food is better, service is fast and friendly. Keep up the good work lately!

There was a lady that waited on me very kind and nice I was there at 6:15 a.m.

Superb location & always busy with long line of vehicles at the drive-through. However, the staff never fails to provide outstanding service.

Was an excellent experience today hot fries and food and accurate no wait in line went quickly.

I don't know what we would of done without the help Ronald McDonald house offers family's. They make things easier. Thank you to all the kind workers that put aside there own life problems and help family's like mine.

Great service here, never had problems with my orders and it's pretty fast at curbside pickup and drive thru. In restaurant experience is clean (for a McDs) and good employees

It was ok. They mess my order up. But gave me a bag with kids meals & way more fries than I ordered. No complaints I had more food for later too.

Service was fast but a little disappointed. My friends BBQ sauce was gross/messy, mainly the containers, when we received his food. I mentioned to him to throw them away and ask for more or show them to the server.

The drive thru was great! Everyone was wearing a mask, they have plastic “sneeze” guards up. Hand sanitizer in front of me. Very nice! Burger King had no precautions what so ever!

This location is always busy but the wait is never as long as you would expect. The staff are friendly and efficient. Convenient location to jump right back on the highway

It was awesome food was just as I ordered and the people were nice and friendly to me this is the first McDonald's that I have been to that treated me with respect the Cahokia McDonald's does not treat you like this McDonald's does this is the reason I come all the way from Cahokia to hear to eat I will not eat at Cahokia McDonald's anymore it will be this McDonald's from now on it was also very nice and CLEAN 👍 i am proud to bring my family and friends to eat here my name is Leslie Adams

Columbia McDonalds is awesome! The service is always great and courteous. There is always a clean table, even when they are super busy inside. Even when the drive through looks really backed up, it moves faster than you would ever think, with courtesy and precision. The food is always on point, what I expect from a McDonalds. I may have to drive a little farther to get to this one, but it is so worth it!

Needed a quick double cheese burger for a long ride, this McDonald’s has very pleasant young ladies working the drive thru. Very professional ladies keep it up maybe it will catch on everywhere.

We came in at 2:30 in the morning and ordered 45+ items and they served us with a smile. Excellent service and workers.

Even though I was not, initially, given the food I ordered it was quickly corrected. The gentalman who gave me my order had a very friendly attitude even though they were extremely busy

The lady at the drive through was so southern friendly! 5 stars! I think she said her name was Laurie! Had to be the manager!
