Accredo has really been great for me I was surprised to see these reviews I've only had one problem with them. And it really wasn't even a problem. They just bill funny and my insurance will cover it I just have to let the balance run 2 weeks. When I was first getting used to the app I thought someone had messed up putting in my humira discount card. But it turns out they can only bill one injection at a time. I called after hours and got this awesome lady who didn't have the answers but made sure to find the answer and call me back the very next day and 20 min after her shift started! That's excellent customer service and I really am loving them so far!! Thanks so much accredo!
Ps I wouldn't put a debit card on file because this 900.00 balance may have charged my debit card. So just pay as you get the invoices.

I've had a great experience with this pharmacy. Other than one representative being incredibly rude and unhelpful, they have been wonderful. Everyone else that I've spoke with has been friendly and helpful. I was told once that they'd call me with information and I didn't get a call back, but I just called and they helped me get things resolved immediately. As with any health organization, the patient needs to take responsibility for their own healthcare.

Accredo does the best with what they got. Occasionally you get a non-useful representative, but for the most part, I speak with people that are eager to help any situation I’m in. They do whatever they can to get my medication sent in the most timely fashion possible and I always appreciate their efforts to make it as seamless as possible.

Horrible horrible horrible. They never deliver on time, you have to call 2-3 times minimum for them to ship the next order. They keep saying "keep an eye out for a call within the next 24 hours" and they never call. They don't care enough if you missed a dose or two and despite marking your order as "urgent", it still takes a few days to ship or even get to you. Only reason for two stars is that some staff are understanding and listen to your needs. I wish there was another specialty pharmacy because this is a "bottom of the pit" type of company.

Terrible pharmacy. First time I called them they tell me they will expedite my script. Call them 4 days later to see if I need to reschedule my nurse coming to my home for my infusion. To find out they haven't done anything with the script cause they needed my insurance verified. 3days before my infusion they kept giving me the run around on if I'll have my script or not they can't tell me to reschedule the nurse but say I should wait to reschedule her. They still don't have my script processed but have marked it to be expedited. Obviously expedited has a different meaning to them seeing as they did that previously and it went no where amd no call to verify my insurance. If you can avoid using this place I would highly recommend not to.

Absolutely awful, avoid this fraudulent company at all costs if possible!! Nothing but problems since day 1!
I made an overpayment to Accredo *9 months ago* and have been to hell & back trying to get my refund. Accredo denied accountability, lied to me, and sent me down 3 different rabbits holes with the drug manufacturers and my insurance company. At the end of it, Accredo still owes me a refund of $150.
One agent did finally admit I am owed that refund, but i can’t be issued the refund because the card I used is no longer active and I have a different card number (same bank account). ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I am about to file a legal claim to get my refund.

-10 stars. Dealing with this organization is the worst experience I’ve ever had. If there is a hell, my personalized punitive suffering would be trying to get a prescription filled from Accredo.

We’ve been trying for over two months to get a prescription, calling every day. Every single time you get somebody new and they refuse to connect you with the person you were previously talking to. It’s intentional organizational disarray to ensure your problems are never solved. Nobody can even tell us what the holdup is, two months in. I’ve had calls with representatives from my company, ExpressScripts, and two from Accredo on the same call and still no one can move this forward. It’s ridiculous. They’ve asked us to verify the same information over 6 times now and every time they ask us again they somehow still have the wrong information. I don’t even know what to do anymore.

My dependent has now missed over a week of vital medication due to the complete incompetence of this company. If you can get your company or insurance to use a different specialized pharmacy, do it now.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Problems since day 1 - every day is a new excuse. "Urgent" requests take 72 hours. 72 hours to "check benefits" when it takes 3 minutes at a local pharmacy. No one cares about your situation or the fact that I have been trying to get my prescription filled FOR 6 WEEKS!!! Worst company I have ever worked with. So sad Cigna partners with them, against my choice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been waiting over 5 months for my Xolair Rx to be filled by Accredo. I call at least twice a week for an update and I keep getting told the same thing. "We'll expedite your request and call you to schedule delivery within 2 business days." Those days come and go, so I call again, and I'm met with the same story. My doctors office has called multiple times as well. Absolutely ridiculous! My insurance is literally willing to cover the cost completely, yet because I can't get my Rx delivered from Accredo, I have to pay out of pocket for a doctors visit each time they give me a sample. Beyond frustrating.

Seriously THE WORST service I've received from a "pharmacy" I've ever experienced in 45 years being diabetic. Any and every time I have called, the hold time has more than 30 minutes and they have yet to fill a prescription correctly. Cigna chose to use this company for transplant meds I'm guessing because they are the cheapest.

Cancer patients stay away.

Unable and unwilling to get me the prescription chemotherapy drugs. Currently have missed 3 days and looking to miss 6 or more due to Accredo not processing secondary insurance on 11 January 2024 then attempting to ship in an ice event on 18 January. Then telling me it isn’t their fault it is the weather - totally dismissing the 7 day delay. Also the 18 January ship date was 2 days after I was supposed to start my 6th round of chemo.

They really suck. I'm forced to use them. My $26K per month cancer med was delayed and they were of no assistance in even notifying me and/or helping to retify the situation. Needless to say, I went without my life saving meds for several weeks thanks to them.

Well, if I could give no stars, I would. I’ve never had more issues getting my medication. They say they’ll call back, they don’t. They say they’ll help, they don’t. The app doesn’t work. The website sucks. No one is competent. I’m so upset I have to use them to get the medication that I NEED TO LIVE. If you have a choice, save yourself time, energy and sanity and run far away from Accredo.

Lost orders, multiple accounts created resulting refill delays and missed doses, disconnected by customer service representatives, and more....every single month. It takes well over 45 minutes and often multiple phone calls to fill one prescription. This is the most frustrating and inefficient pharmacy I have ever worked with.

I am forced to use this because of my insurance plan and after receiving a new authorization the end of July 2023, they are telling me they need proof of authorization, after already sending my first refill in August. On top of that, I had to provide patient copay assistance information to them 3 different times before they finally recorded it in my account, and when they did submit it, they never applied it to my balance and kept billing me till I finally called them. They are absolutely incompetent! I'm so disappointed in forced to use this place!

If i could give this pharmacy -stars I would. This organization is horrible. I have never waited so long for my prescription and been told so many wrong things. They pulled me in different directions stating I need more info by my doctor and my doctor sent in all the info. I WAITED 3 MONTHS and never got my prescription because they switched me to a different pharmacy. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Terrible pharmacy. They delay my antirejection meds for my kidney transplant. They are a scam but express scripts makes me use them. UMR makes me use express scripts.

Not sure if reading other peoples reviews make me feel better that I am in the same boat and it’s not just me or worse that other people are going through what I’m going through. I’ve been trying to get them to ship my medication for several weeks and they keep asking if I want to talk to a pharmacist about missing a dose and I say yes because it is their fault that I keep missing a dose. They keep telling me it will be delivered and then I get a call on the day of delivery saying there is an issue and that they can ship it in two weeks. So frustrating! They definitely don’t care about their patients getting important medications on time. I wish my insurance had a better option for a specialty pharmacy.

Just like all the other reviews, this is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I am FORCED to use this horrible company by my wonderful insurance company Cigna. I think it’s awful that I don’t have a say where I can get my prescriptions from when I am paying for insurance. I have an option to choose an in/out of network physician, why don’t I have the same option for my prescriptions? I am BEYOND frustrated and disgusted. If you are lucky enough to have an “option” I say RUN! Stay away from this disgrace of a company. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business.

If I could give this "specialty" pharmacy a negative rating I absolutely would. It is horrible that I'm forced to use this group. I've been on the same specialty drug for 3 years and every six months it is a struggle to get it filled. My doctor's office has to call NUMEROUS times and it always makes my monthly medication late. I'm SO OVER this place. I wish there was something that could be done about pharmacies that don't care about patients!
