Body Mind Spirit NH Salon and Spa

I have had the pleasure of going to Body Mind Spirit since moving to the area a year ago and am so lucky to have found it! The salon is so easy to get to right off 202, absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious and Kerri truly is a master of her craft. I always walk out of this salon with a perfect cut and color and the prices are beyond reasonable. You would pay double for this level of service in the city. Do not hesitate to come to this salon; you will not regret it!

Gina and her staff are incredible! Not only does Gina do a great job but she is professional and quick. The salon is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I highly recommend!

Had my very first experience here yesterday. Kerri did a phenomenal job on my hair. Without saying much she was able to cut and style it precisely to my liking. My hair feels and looks great. And thanks to Alisha it's smooth, silky and heaven scent! As a native New Yorker I've got to say my experience here was as close to home as I've gotten yet! I will be back routinely and next time I will surely be tagging my daughter along for her own spa like experience. It was TIME for a new look! I called Body Mind Spirit NH and Kerri the owner answered. I met with Kerri the owner and she knew exactly what I wanted/needed so I made my appointment. I am so incredibly happy with my new haircut /color! It’s exactly what I wanted/needed. Kerri is warm ,friendly , professional , experienced , helpful , kind and knowledgeable! I would recommend this Salon to anyone! I’m so glad I found Body Mind Spirit in New Hampshire! Great experience!

What a gem!! The salon is beautiful and offers everything you need in one place. Kerri is outstanding! She can visualize what needs to be done to your hair, and executes it perfectly! I was in town visiting friends from Nebraska and had been upset about a poor color job I received back home. My friend recommended I try this salon and after reading reviews I made an appointment.

The salon was decorated so beautifully and the atmosphere relaxing . The owner Kerri gave me a very in depth consultation and 4 hours later I walked out a new woman. This is the first time I have ever loved my hair so much! It was pricey but totally worth it. She was nice enough to offer to help find a stylist in my area to keep my hair looking great and healthy. ( she will give my color mixture to the stylist she finds for me!) try this salon if you want GREAT hair 😊

I was in Ringe for a wedding and had to take a chance with a salon I had never been to. I was really happy to find this hidden gem. If you are looking for the best salon experience at reasonable prices call Kerri at Body Mind Spirit. All her hair appointment are private. The one on one time with Kerri is relaxing and enjoyable. She is amazing at her craft! She styled my hair to perfection! After the party was over my hair was very soft and easy to take out. She managed to style my hair half up with only 5 pins. Other hair dressers use up to 20 for the same look. She is amazing! She is also prepared for all your needs with barrettes and pins to give your hair that extra touch of bling if needed. I may have to relocate to N.H. so I can always feel beautiful..... Sophia

Kerri was an amazing hair styles. When I went there I did not know what to get so I told her to do what ever she wanted with my hair because I trusted her. She gave me the best hair cut that I have had. I will definitely be going back to Kerri for my next hair cut.

GO HERE! I went last week to the salon. It was a very pleasant and peaceful experience. I was pleased with the fact that Carrie took the time to professionally assess what the best look is for my particular face shape, skin, eye color and so on. Carrie is magical with a pair of scissors and Cory offers the best scalp massage! Be sure to experience the salon’s transformer hair dryer! Gina is fantastic. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, and after being told by a previous stylist that my hair just wouldn’t take the color I was searching for, Gina made it happen in the first appointment. After that I knew I would be a repeat client and every time has been great. This salon is a hidden gem for sure!

Body Mind Spirit NH is a gem in the middle of this small town. Kerri is great, the first time I visited she made me look so good. My friends and family said I looked great. I strongly recommend Kerri and her team. You can tell they really love what they do and care about their clients.

I LOVE Kerri!!! Kerri is amazing and wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed. She also is great at not just looking at something, but making sure it looks great on you.

Here is my experience. I was in town for my sister-in-law's wedding in September. Her wedding fell on a Saturday. I needed an updo. Kerri gave me exactly what I wanted. It held up the whole day. I liked to dance, and my hair NEVER fell out. It was beautiful and elegant. Three months before I went to see Kerri I got a new haircut, and let's just say it was boxy and I was not a fan. I ask Kerri what she would do. She told me because of my thick hair I needed to add texture in it to take away the boxiness. This is were Kerri went FAR and BEYOND. I told her how much I HATED my haircut. She told me that she would cut my hair on Sunday in the morning, so I could go home with a haircut that I loved. She made it look 10 times better. It has since grown out, and it still looks cute. Unfortunately, I live out of town. So I can not see her when I want too. Anytime I see my in-laws, this is definitely a must go to destination for me.

Wow! I can't say enough of how wonderful it is. The decor is so cheerful and bright. I absolutely love Kerry an alisha. My other salon closed and it was a blessing in disguise.. I love everything about it, never been so please with my hair or nails!
