This place is a total gem in Zion Crossroads. The location is easy to find, and the shop is always clean and well-cared for. Booking is a snap online, and the providers do an excellent job checking in with each client to customize the session based on their needs. I have seen Jarrell and Chelsea and think they are both wonderful. Jarrell gave me excellent advice when recovering from a shoulder injury, and took the time to explain the anatomy to me and provide recommendations for things I could do to continue working on it on my own. Chelsea is incredibly professional and really knows her stuff. She's given me some great advice for a lower back injury and is so attentive and thorough in her work. I recommend JLA to everyone I know!

Chelsea did a fantastic job. She was careful not only to listen to the words I said, but also was careful to "listen" to how my muscles were responding to the massage. As a result, I felt really good about the results and highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing stress or pain and feels massage could help.

Jarrell is a great massage therapist. He listens to his patients and exceeds in his practice. I always feel relaxed when he is done. He tells me what I need to work on in order to not feel any pain in the area that I am hurting. I strongly recommend his services.

Jarrell is very professional and knowledgeable about the muscular skeletal systems how they work and what happens when they don’t work and then teaches you exercises on how to improve what is not working well - or hurting. One of the best massages I’ve received in awhile!!! Would highly recommend

This was my second time booking a massage and I was not disappointed. I have had massages at multiple venues but Chelsea spent the entire time focusing on my shoulder and back where I had the most tension and build up. You can really feel a difference afterwards and she even gave me pointers on things I can do at home to help. Highly recommended! Worth the drive from Charlottesville... I will be booking again.

Jarrel is just awesome. He knows so much about the body and how everything is connected. Expect an extremely effective, professional, and relaxing massage, as well as maybe a few stretches or suggestions from him. He really cares about his clients' overall well-being.

Jarrel has been an important part of my physical well being since I met him many years ago. Whether recovering from an injury or preparing for a tournament I trust Jarrel with my care. He not only uses his skills to release tightness and work out tears but he has also taught me about how and why I get sore and what I can do to proactively avoid injury. J knows the human body , how it functions, and how it breaks. He reads it well.Yes it is relaxing where you feel noodley as if you woke up from a Rip Van Winkle sleep. The office is homey and comfortable unlike the institutional massages. I am an athlete and I never get hurt when I am in his care. His bedside manner is professional yet warm. Highly recommend.
