Sara’s computer store is a rare wonder to be found in a small town. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff make a stop there very enjoyable. It is a luxury to have this level of expertise close to home making a trip to the “big city” unnecessary. I highly recommend Sara’s One Stop-you will wonder why you didn’t stop sooner.

Recently took my laptop to Sara, and she cleaned viruses snd went t thru it well” had minor issue and needed some e-mail help , she promptly fixed and Laptop works Great Recommend highly ‘ Quick service

My experience with Sara's One Stop Computer buisness was superb!! Not only is Sara very knowledgeable and professional, but I appreciated how patient she was with my lack of experience navigating in my computer, and her quick response to help resolve my computer issues. I am an avid photographer and I take hundreds of pictures yearly. I am a very active user of adobe lightroom. She helped me organize and understand what I need to do with external hard drives, and my exports from lightroom. Sara also found and deleted almost 300 viruses on my computer, and went over with me the best options for virus protection. I am really excited to take some future classes from Sara on basic navigation of my computer, and understanding how to use photoshop. Sara's "One Stop Computer Shop" is impressive and unique, and can help fullfill all your computer needs!!!

Sara is a degreed computer wizard, professional technology trainer and runs a computer store that repairs computers, sells new and used computers tailored to technical needs, skills and budget of her customers. Sara and Scott are great people to work with, friendly, fun and professional. I had problems with my laptop and couldn't have asked for better service and results. I also bought a new laptop which I love. I would highly recommend them for your computer needs, you won't be disappointed!!

Sara's was recommended by our bank after our system and credit card was compromised. She removed the viruses on our computers and set us up with software to avoid this in the future, all at a reasonable price. Very good people to work with.

Sara & crew maintain my computer/hardware/software. She created and maintains my website. Very fortunate to have such services up here in the forest. Can't say enough good about her. Very knowledgeable and personable. A rare find in the woodlands of Wisconsin.

I purchased a refurbished PC from them several months ago. I understand there is no guarantee when purchasing a refurbished item, but the PC I purchased literally fell apart and now completely stopped working. I was hoping it would last longer then a few months when purchasing it. Lesson learned.

Edit- In response to the owner, I did bring it back into the store before leaving this review, and was told that it would have to be sent out for repairs and it would be very expensive and take a long time because the parts are difficult to get because of Covid. I own a small business and could not be without a computer. It was not dropped and I was very careful with it because a computer is basically my livelihood. Please do not assume I didn't take care of it, or contact the store, because I did.

I brought a laptop in for repair. They tried to sell me a new one. I drove a half hour to another repair shop. They found the problem right away and the total bill was $60.00. At t the other repair shop I found honesty and integrity and professionalism which I did not find at this place.
