Lloyd's Heating & Cooling

We haven’t had heat in months. Called Lloyd’s thinking that we put our new thermostat in wrong but that wasn’t the problem. The coil to the HVAC had rusted out and we were out of Freon. Got coil replaced, then found out we had a valve leak. Finally got the valve replaced and we have heat again. My children and I thank you so much!

I called them last week to do a deep cleaning on our unit. We had our regular company out who did not book what was requested and did a 10 min cleaning and charged 220 dollars. I explained everything to Lloyd's and what we need so our ac unit would work. They were more than happy to book the service get to us quickly. It looks like I will not only be using Lloyd's but also referring that my family switch to them. Thank you for the great service and listening to what we needed to get our ac back up and running!!

I’ve used Lloyd’s for a few years now, and can’t say enough good things about the service and fair pricing. It seems I always have problems on holiday weekends, but that doesn’t stop Lloyd’s from providing top notch service. This latest time (July 4th weekend, 2023) Cam, Jeremy and Dakota tag teamed to provide very prompt service and got me back up and running so my house full of guests could have a enjoyable and comfortable weekend. Over 90F outside 7/7/23 and the temp in the people tank was 77F. Not the normal 72F. My compressor motor was hot, dang hot. My first troubleshooting thought was the capacitor went kaput. I called Lloyd's at 1pm ish. I know they are busy so I made plans to use barn fans this weekend to keep the human animals cool ish. Lloyd's was at the house before 3pm 7/7/23 swapped the capacitor and we people in the people tank are back to 72F. Amazing!

We started noticing our kids upstairs room was over 87 degrees and wasn't cooling down when the AC was on. I called Lloyds and Donnie came right out. I was expecting him to say we needed a new unit as we had just replaced the other unit 5 months prior. He cleaned the unit and said it just needed recharged. I was very grateful for the honest work, he could have lied and said we needed a new unit and we would have had to buy one. Thank you for the integrity. Then, about a month later our thermostat was going on and off. I called and Donnie again came out right away. He took a quick look and it was determined the suction pump needed replaced. He was able to immediately replace the pump but had to send someone back the next day to replace the cap. A young man named Cameron came out the very next day. I asked him a bunch of questions about the pump and what it did (I was at work when Donnie came) and he answered every question easily! I was very impressed with his professionalism and technical skills. I truly appreciate the hard working men and integrity of this company.

I just had a Carrier heat pump installed in my home. Donny came out and gave me a very very fair price, no "Lake Effect" blown up pricing I have gotten from others. I added a few more options and again, fair pricing. They had the unit and was able to start within a few weeks. The techs came out, respected my space and laid our cloth runners, removed my old system, installed the new one and even went a few steps above to make the install clean and nice. It is GREAT to find a local, HVAC company that values the customer and doesn't feel the need to just completely rip people off with inflated prices.

I've had Lloyd's Heating & Cooling (Louisa, VA) for years. They're prompt (no matter what the weather is like), they get the job done right and they're nice people..from the owner/office personnel/technicians...never have I had an issue with their performance.

Lloyd just installed a new AC system in my home. The installers were very courteous and polite, answered any question I had about the system. The installers did a very nice and thorough job , and clean job. Lloyd's quoted me on 3 systems, I went with the middle qoute, which was $1400.00 cheaper than a local competitor. Very happy customer !!

I was not going to be home at the time of repair. I had to leave the door unlocked for them. The came in fixed my heat and did an excellent job. They even locked the door for me when they were done. I trusted them and the guys at Lloyds did not let me down. I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors! They showed up on time and did exactly what the said they were going to do. Now the heat works like brand new. 5 star service!

We were scheduled for next week and I got a call back from Anita, who was amazing, a few minutes after our initial phone call to tell me she had someone available today! Donnie came out to the house and he was very professional, quick and accurate! Our systems have been looked at before and we were told we would have to spend thousands to replace them. Not the case. After a few minutes of working on both units, he replaced a few parts and we are running strong again! Absolutely amazing and they are now going to be my go to HVAC!

My AC went out and Lloyd's had it fixed the next day. Great service, explained exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Best prices in town! I'll definitely use them again.

During a service call, things went totally sideways, resulting in a nonworking system. It was a major problem but Donnie presented a solution that took care of everything, to make things right. Now, my HVAC system is working perfectly, like new again.

James and JD were extremely polite and knowledgable. They explained every step they did to repair our unit and got our house cooled down extremely fast. Called this morning before 9 and they arrived before 2pm. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to upsize my heat pump. Had a few companies come give me prices. Donnie came out twice to talk to me. Once even on the weekend.
Technicians that came out were friendly and made the day enjoyable and informative.
Definately will recommend them.

Called and within 15 minutes were out at the house. Less than 20 minutes had the a/c fixed. Great prices. Will be my go to for now on. Thanks

Best price and service in town! I checked with other local companies for a heat pump replacement and Lloyd’s had the best price and fastest service.
