Food Lion

Always a pleasure to visit. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Frank is almost always there and welcomes you with a smile and calls you by name. Always has fresh fruits and produce also never old or soggy 😄

This was the first time that I went into this store. I went on the wrong day bc shelves were bare and people were unpacking a lot of boxes to put on the shelves. I guess their truck load comes in on Tuesday. But, the people who work there are amazing. They asked if I needed anything and everyone was so super nice. It's nice to walk in a store to see smiles and people do helpful. Great job Food Lion!!

I shop there frequently i love the new self check out it gives you more freedom and is alot faster if you don't have tobacco or alcohol products. The people that are there have been there for years its just friendly faces you remembet

Food Lion always have good prices and tons of selections of southern foods and canned/jar items.

This is probably my fav Food Lion! It's clean & tidy & for most part the workers are pretty nice. They either smile n greet you or just don't look or say anything. I'm happy with that! At least they aren't snarling or huffing n puffin like they hate their jobs, ya know. Lol

Great beer, pizza, and wings. Outdoor seating is comfortable and dog friendly. They even have hops growing up the canopy.

I must say before moving out here to louisa my experience with Food Lion in general was a 50/50 kind of deal. With that said when moving out here and going to this location I met an individual there Paul. He is fantastic, very energetic and quite welcoming to the store. So far have had great experiences with virtually all of the staff but he stands out in particular with his high level of enthusiasm. Great hire Food Lion, I definitely approve.

No long lines at checkout, the managers open up another line if it gets too crowded even they have to run a register their self.
Prices are very competitive. I'm always left feeling as though I got my money's worth.

Everyone at this Food Lion is always so nice. And they're always busy workin' as you can imagine. It may not be the fanciest, but I'd rather have nice people any day.

Nice, clean, will stocked store.
My semi truck broke down there, and they had what I needed to fix it and get on my way.
(I needed a knife and cat litter, the knife to cut the bad spot out of the water hose that blew, and cat litter to soak up the mess in the parking lot.)

This Food Lion is has been remodeled. Very clean and well stocked. Check out was a bit slower than usual. Need it more cash register open for the Saturday shoppers.

Very good shopping experience. Unfortunately, not all customers wear masks in the store, so a Food Lion associate shops for us and brings out our groceries to our vehicle. Nice people and a pleasant experience.

The Louisa Food Lion is clean, well stocked (for the current situation), and the staff is very polite and friendly. The restroom was also clean. A positive experience overall.
