Tiger company Orange is absolutely the best company. I called today because dad's home wasn't heating and I had hardly hung up the phone when Martin and Glenn got here. They filled the tank at my request (it wasn't completely empty) and then they reset the furnace and stayed to make sure it was heating and fan working before they left. We are now warm and cozy again. In between that they managed to get me back inside the house as I had accidentally locked myself out. They were so kind and patient. I can't say enough about these 2 guys. Tiger is always friendly, courteous and helpful and their employees, like Martin and Glenn, go the extra mile.

Then the installation by John Collier and Gary Shiffleft definitely confirmed I made the right choice! They were so polite and efficient. From the first day that I called to inquire about adding propane tanks and service to our home, I was greeted by knowledgeable and professional individuals and have been impressed with Tiger Fuel ever since. All aspects have been handled promptly by courteous and friendly staff and techs that have taken the time to explain the installation and answer any questions.

We've been using tiger propane since we moved to Virginia about 2 and 1/2 years ago. Jason White has always been our go-to person for whatever propane needs we have had. Been very happy with their service on numerous occasions. Our latest was a ventless gas fireplace and John Collier and Jason Carter came out and installed it this morning and did a beautiful job. Tiger Fuel in Orange VA just installed two propane tanks for Faith Bible Baptist Church. John Collier and Otis Peacher were exceptionally professional and courteous in every way. They did an excellent job and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them and Tiger!

I live in Orange County, VA and extremely pleased with Tiger Fuel and their personnel. Today John Collier and Gary Shifflette connected a propane line for my new generator and also ran a separate line for my grill. When I asked about having two lines, one for my grill and another for the propane griddle, they asked a few clarifying questions and jumped on it! These gentlemen were consumate professionals explaining every step of the way what they were doing and why. (Yes, I'm one of THOSE homeowners who wants to know what's the plan.) They made sure to tidy up everything around their work area as well. Tiger Fuel personnel have been attentive and responsive to all my questions beginning with my call for information to Jason to buying three propane tanks and having them installed. I am happy to highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them for years to come!

I recently replaced a wood burning fireplace stove insert with a gas log set. Orange Tiger's Jason White was great helping make decisions about what to get. I will never be able to say enough good things about this company. We had switched maybe three years back from a previous company to this one because the previous company kept making me feel like a terrible person for forgetting to call in at a certain time during the cold months to get my propane filled. I called Tiger Fuel and they worked with me and have always done so since. I'm a forgetful person at heart but it really sucks in the winter time when they're on the two week window of delivery times. I was on vacation this go around and once we got back, I realized we hit our low mark and I wasn't sure if we would make it until next week with heat in our home. I decided to chance it anyway without requesting the rush delivery, because we know fuel is not cheap already haha, and the sweet lady on the phone put in a note for me that it was for our heat and so that they might come sooner but she told me she couldn't make any promises. Well guess who made their stop this afternoon. I couldn't possibly thank you all more and just the kindness everyone on the team gives out is truly amazing. I love their no-judgment attitudes and they're always striving to help when needed. If you don't use this company and are thinking of switching, this is the place to be. Absolutely sterling service from my first phone call to the actual tank install and fireplace service. The lady who answers the phone (Brenda?) was lovely, Jason was helpful, gave us great advice and was quick to send us the paperwork we needed. Our service technician, John Collier was wonderful. Tiger fuel installed my propane tang and ran all of the lines inside the house for a major remodel. They also provided connections on my patio and deck to connect various appliances to the main tank. They addressed a couple of minor issues after the fact with great professionalism and friendliness. Their pricing from propane is great. Customer service is awesome. There is nothing to complain about. I could not be happier.

After getting screwed over by Amerigas, Tiger came to the rescue. John C. Was our service guy and what an outstanding job he did! He had to fix a lot of things and bring us up to code but he kept us in the loop and showed us everything and in no time my house was back up and running with hot water and heat! John Collier and Otis Peacher installed a vent free gas fireplace today at my Lake Anna home. They were very professional and did a great job.

John Collier was the tech sent out to our house. We just moved in and didn’t know anything about the equipment at our new place. He explained everything about the equipment and how to keep it worry free. And he made us laugh while he did it. John Collier is our tech for life and the reason we are recommending Tiger Fuel to everyone we meet!

John and Gary from Orange did a wonderful job with our installing and converting our new gas stove and range. They were professional, pleasant, very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend them.
