The front office staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Scott Goldberg is very polite and honestly cares about his patients and has a fantastic bedside manner.

I went to Sentara Spring Creek to establish care with PA, Sara Neal. Firstly, she's an absolute doll. Everything that follows that is 10/10 for me, personally. She listened to everything I had to say and believe me when I say, I brought a literal list for her. She took her time with me and I cant remember the last time I had an appointment and felt cared about. We talked everything out, discussed all the options. Shes extremely personable, thorough and helpful. Excellent active listener and multi-tasker. I couldn't be happier with the care I received by her, her medical assistant and the rest of the staff that I encountered there. I'm sure other doctors there are great but as far as I'm concerned, she's the one to see.

It doesn’t get any better than Sara Neal. She embodies what a primary care physician should be like. Absolutely incredible experience with her. She listens and is very thorough and quick. She is very responsive and always so sweet even though I am probably annoying. This practice is LUCKY to have her, and I am lucky to be her patient.

They have gone over and beyond helping me with my son's enteral supplies. They have worked diligently for over a week with Adapt health to get his supplies. They were very helpful and was concerned. They are the best group ever.

I have been seeing Dr. Sara Neal since moving back home. I love her!! I love the people in the office they have been amazing Dr. Neal listens and actually cares about what is going on. That means a lot to me considering my last Dr. never talked to me and didn’t listen to what I was saying. I shared him with my abusive X and always felt inadequate. So to have validation Dr. Neal thank you so much. You mean a lot to me!!

I had to switch doctors Because after going to the hospital my primary care doctor would not see me (UVA physicians) as an existing patient because it's been just over 3 years since I haven't seen them and they said it was their policy to have to see me and reinsert me as a new patient. And so that meant I had to wait Almost 4 months before I can get appointment as a new patient. So the doctor at the hospital said I need to deceive my primary care doctor within a week. And I explained to them but they could not could not accommodate me. So I called around and just so happened somebodyeah it happened somebody referred me to them and to them and I met them and they're a wonderful team doctor Sarah Neil is absolutely

As far as my experience with Doctor Hawkins....HE IS Absolutely 100% genuinely and on His ratings deserves all the credit. As for the staffing, I can't honestly give the the ratings...Because of multiple times of feeling berated by the staffers. However, I do feel like my relationship between my Doctor and I ARE 100%....Dr.Hawkins is genuinely the best of the best ~

I am very pleased with Sentara Spring Creek. I have been a patient here for a few years and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Appointments are timely, staff is helpful and friendly, and medical staff are professional, caring and thorough.

I receive great care from all the staff. Never had to wait long for my appointment, but would be willing to wait because of the excellent care! I HATE having blood drawn, staff is aware and do their best to make the process as easy as possible!!

I have been a patient of Doctor Muller for years, and followed him from Buckingham Were we needed him badly but Sentara needed him in spring creek more. DR. Muller lesson to you and try to fix the under linings problems, it may be something other then just hight blood pressure or itching 🤔 😉. He works with you and I have seen him put his patient before himself. God bless this Doctor we need more like him.

Waited 30 minutes past my appointment and they never called me in. I can't wait all day.

I cannot rate the actual practice, but they should update their service hours and what their services entail. I called to get lab hours and was told 8-5. Door says 8-5. I came at 12 and they were all at lunch (understandable although I think should be included in the hours). I came back at 4:45 and was told it was too late and you needed to be there by 4:15. I mentioned the hours on the door and then looked at my paperwork and did attempt to bring it back which is why I will give 2 stars, however they then told me that they don’t even do what my order needed. Never once was any of this communicated when I called, or when I came there earlier in the day.

So please note: hours for the laboratory services are actually (presumably unless I’ve missed another blackout period) 8am - 12pm and 1pm-4:15pm.
