A grand historic hotel at Lake Junaluska, NC. An impressive place that sits on a bluff just above the widest part of the lake. It's entrance is across from inspiration point where a large illuminated cross sits above walking paths and afford great photo opportunities and view of the entire lake. (Nearly)

Unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to stay here overnight but did have the opportunity to go there for our Christmas team lunch. On the way to our destination, it is right across the Lake Junaluska! On the way inside of the Inn, we were greeted by Solider Nut Crackers & various Christmas Trees with their own unique touch! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Elizabeth & Emmanuel topped off my experience. They are very attentive and offer amazing customer service!

I really enjoy staying here. The view to me was beautiful. The service that I received was very friendly. The hotel and rooms are “older” but kept up very well. Very nice and clean. To be honest I really enjoyed my bed. This was the best bed I’ve slept in. (In a hotel). I would definitely come again, just for the bed, lol.

We stayed here for our yearly UMMAS Fall Retreat. I love this Inn. The Inn has a charm you can’t find anywhere else. I loved it. From the staff to the food to the rooms everything was perfect! Thank you for making our week stay so nice! Oh and thank you for catering diabetic options for the food . I really appreciate it!

Visited only the lobby and grounds. The view of the lake & mountains beyond are very much worth the visit. The little Christmas shop is small, but has a variety of tasteful items. Staff were friendly & professional. Rocking chair front porch & beautiful gardens all around.

This Inn is so beautiful, it's real fancy. Like them big fancy places in New York. They have so much going on at the lake.

The Lambuth Inn is always a favorite stop for us. From this hotel, you can take a lovely walk around the lake, where there are flowers and trees in bloom. This past week (mid April) we saw geese, ducks, and swans on the lake. The dogwoods and thrift were in bloom. The rooms are tidy and simple, always very clean. I enjoy the antiques scattered throughout, the old fashioned sitting areas, and the morning coffee pot downstairs. This friendly Inn feels very homey and comfortable.

Very old hotel, but has been maintained quite well. Rooms are adequate but not luxury. Everything was in good working condition and clean. No daily maid service. Location and grounds are beautiful.

Cons: I think my room may have had water damage at one time.

The woman that checked us in 9/2 at the welcome center was the sweetest!!! Very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had got her name to include in this review.

Lake Junaluska is a beautiful retreat center! Food is delicious too! Every staff member I saw had a smile and a kind greeting, and you never felt like an afterthought. They genuinely love their jobs and the people who stay there.

We stayed here for two days and nights and this hotel was perfect. Nothing was out of place and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Despite how convenient access to the highway is, there was no noise whatsoever and we got some much needed peace and quiet. I would highly recommend The Lambuth Inn to anyone traveling in this area.

Beautiful facility, extremely clean. Only problem was check in is at 4:00pm, was 5:30 before our room was ready.

It was a wonderful stay. The views from the hotel were absolutely beautiful. I felt very peaceful there. I was thankful for the morning coffee they provided. I just wished there were closer places to get food.

This historic hotel has amazing views, seriously- location location ♡♡ the building is large and interesting, the Christmas store inside is adorable, the room we stayed was tiny but well furnished, super clean, quiet, and updated. Loved the large lobby and beautifully furnished sitting areas. Excellent value for the price per night
Next time I visit I'd like to walk the path around the lake below the hotel, what a gorgeous path.

We love staying there & have several times. Will be there with a group in Sept. (we recommended it for our annual retreat). We have met several friends there & all were pleased. It's now our go to place.

I loved my stay at the Lambuth. I was with a high school group that visits every year. The hotel and restaurant staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was mostly delicious and fresh.

My room was great, aside from a slight odor. The room (single) was spacious and furnishings comfortable and clean. I gave it five stars because I truly loved my stay. Was absolutely everything perfect? Of course not...the one bedside table top was damaged and I wish there was a microwave in the room, but there were some available for use in the vending area. My room did have a TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, plush white linens, convenient electrical and USB outlets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luggage stand with a large closet area.

A highlight for me were the gorgeous Christmas decorations and comfortable, peaceful seating areas in the lobby and common space on the main floor. Front porch and 2nd floor balcony rocking chairs were a delightful touch. There was also a nice garden area where guests are able to relax and enjoy the majestic views of the lake and mountains. I highly recommend the Lambuth!!

Gorgeous building, grounds, gardens, & views of Lake Janaluska and The Great Smokey Mountains. Inspiration Point was really cool.. Christian Retreat with nice updated comfy rooms beds were great! (Wish they offered the delicious smelling food they were cooking when we were leaving) otherwise an unexpected, wonderful, peaceful, absolute serenity. Cleanliness is close to godliness!!

Love our Lambuth Inn experiences at our church reunion every year.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help.

The rooms are spacious and clean with ggood sized showers and water pressure to strong enough to blast the day off of you.

The food is delicious and they even hook me up with veggie sausage for breakfast and veggie burgers for dinner.

They treat everyone like a rock star and bringing the joy is their mission, so we look forward to it every year.

We used to be in the big building, which is also incredible, especially if you get a view of the lake.
