Wonderful office staff, as well as physicians. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my mom! We are so grateful we made the switch from ballad to here. They truly care about their patients, and are on top of everything.

Dana is absolutely wonderful. She gives extraordinary care. The office staff works me onto her schedule promptly. Her patients are seen on time; yet, I never feel like she is rushing my care. She listens and asks pertinent questions. I would definitely recommend her!

I always appreciate the promptness and attention I have received here. I have seen a couple of different providers and they are always right in the mark with their diagnosis. Always friendly and patient. The most recent was Jill Bloom and she gave me a quick diagnosis and I was able to leave with peace of mind. Thanks much!!!

My wife had to have her left kidney removed. Dr.Reynolds did a excellent job of taking good care of her. I recommend Carillon Clinic .My wife feels a lot better too 😊

All the people at this clinic are nice and very helpful!!!!! Other than lack of drive thru service I have nothing bad to say lol. Doctor Reynolds is a rockstar!!

Good place for urological disease treatment

The doctor I saw was good, but this practice is simply money hungry!

I literally went here to be redirected to a radiologist, and was STILL charged for that visit (where nothing happened). When I tried to dispute it, they wouldn't take responsibility.

Once I talked to patient relations, they were much more understanding and took responsibility. 3 stars is the average of the initial 1 star and this updated 5 star

Six month’s check up for my husband for a long time, then his two prescriptions were stopped. Now he really needs them!! I’ve been trying to get a call for almost a week to see why. Promised a call Thursday, no call, gone thru weekend. Waiting for Monday to see what’s their problem. Never get anything but answering machine. Poor patient care.

I had a biopsy procedure on my bladder. Two months later, I still haven't recovered. I don't know if it's the surgeon, or what exactly happened. Regardless, I've been in pain, still passing blood in my urine, and having trouble controlling my urine for two months and nobody seems to care. Going to the ER is pointless, no 24/7 urologist on hand. I tried Corillion to get away from Ballad, apparently there's no difference.

I was made to wait 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time due to issues with getting the insurance to go through. That issue was resolved within 30 minutes but I was marked as showing up late, despite being early. I was then lied to, being told the issue was the previous appointment was running long. I reiterated that I had scheduled the first appointment of the day. It was only after I called them on their lies that I was told that I had in fact been marked as being late (again untrue). I was then not even seen because I was unable to continue waiting for an unknown amount of time. I understand mistakes happen, but had I been notified of ANY issue I would have been better equipped to make a decision on how to get treatment. As it stands I was uninformed, initially lied to, and have yet to be seen for my medical issue. Be wary unless you are able to block off your entire day for an appointment at 8:30 am.

After 30yrs of dealing with urology offices and staff, this is by far the worst ones I've experienced .
Dr. Chun will treat your life like it is her game to play with.
I'm still waiting on a call back from her staff from 2wks ago.
I call their front desk, leaves me on hold for 10min, only to come back to the phone for me to explain what the problem is again before I'm put on hold again.
Game over. Dr. Chun you and yours are FIRED!

Very unhappy with them can't be seen with out referrals was unable to get appointment with physician for a referrals but thank God I did find a urology that would see my husband with out a referrals
