Cottage Farms General Store

I absolutely love this place. The nostalgia when you walk through the door is amazing. I will usually go by and pick up odd and in things and not have to go to the grocery store. The owner of the store is so sweet! I highly recommend you stop by and see all she has to offer! Nostalgia Candy and Sodas! Gifts for family and friends, canned goods and other kitchen goods! Local honey! In the summer she has produce and other seasonal items.

My girls and I love this store. The kids like to go for all of the nostalgic (and modern) sweet treats and sodas. I go for everything else. Their remodel is very nice and the owners are always friendly. They carry a lot of foods from local farmers & companies. Through the winter there are lots of dry & canned goods, Red Rooster coffee, gourmet popcorn... it goes on & on. In the summer they also have fresh local produce. One thing you won't find is bulk dry goods like herbs, spices, nuts, etc. that are often found at an old-timey general store. They are the only store around where I've found A.C. Legg's seasonings that I love to use for my home-made sausage.

This was a very great find right under my nose. Had passed by it hundreds of times and thought wonder whats in there. Finally stopped and was blown away. Reminds of an old general store from ages past. Great atmosphere. Lots of nostalgic candy from years ago. Toys and nic naks. Awsome place.
