Residence Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

I highly recommend this hotel. Very polite staff, great rooms and very close to the SLC airport.

Cordell who checked me in was very polite and made accomodation for my medical issue. He also provided alternate transportation the next morning to meet my request as the shuttle to airport was completely booked.

Convenient from airport, noise canceling devices in bedrooms to minimize road noise near property. Morning breakfast has a nice selection.

Perfect if you have a quick turnaround to the airport. I was given a delta voucher and normally stay at Marriotts and happy I stayed here. If you’re here comparing the Radisson to here, stay here. The staff here is very friendly and even got me a Lyft this morning when my scheduled shuttle wasn’t going to be there. I didn’t even have to ask for it, it was just ready, which goes a very long way and appreciated after a long travel day. Thanks :)

The service was excellent... Front desk at nite was very attentive and curious. Breakfast was exactly what I needed fast good fresh.The room seemed new and very clean. Loved my stay.

The Battery died in the renal car, and they got someone to jump start, although we decided not to jump start and got a new renal car. Over the top helpful.

This is absolutely one of the best airport hotel that is not dingy or a "looks good on the pictures" type of hotel. The queen studio we had was plenty enough and great for our one night stay with two adults and two kids because of the pullout sofa bed. The room was comfortable with the powerful air conditioning unit and everything was situated in a manner that was functional for all ages like TV facing the bed and being able to swivel to the sofa bed. I'd stay here again should the need arise and wonderful breakfast! This place is bar none the best option for the area and the shuttle service is A+++!

This Residence Inn is newly refurbished and the rooms are beautiful! The front desk agent was very helpful and my loyalty status was recognized with an upgrade, and a small gift. I did not have breakfast, but the breakfast room was spacious and had plenty of food stations. The location is perfect if you need quick access to the airport.

My son did not stay in the hotel. He used their park and shuttle to the airport. Through the process, my son lost his phone and realized it once at the airport. I called the hotel and explained the situation. They didn't find the phone at first but were very willing to help. My son through the internet activated the find my phone feature and the shuttle driver found the phone in the shuttle and went back to the airport to take it to him. I was impressed and grateful for such great customer service! We will use them again for future traveling needs!

Planes, Trains and Automobiles! Our flight was cancelled late at night. Called Marriott 800 number, (lifetime Platinum member). Got us a room at Residence Inn after 2:00am. We paid for an Uber in the ice and freezing cold. No rooms! They had been sold out ALL day. The front desk professional, Anna, was nice and offered to contact other hotels for us. I declined and just called Marriott's 800 number again. They blamed the hotel and set me up with another hotel. Anna then called over there for me and on speaker phone, they said they had been sold out all day. Anna then helped us get a hotel downtown, (not far, the City isn't big). She arranged for transportation and we finally got off our feed at 3:30am. We cannot thank Anna enough and must say, she is a true top notch Customer Service Professional!

Stayed here for business for about three weeks. At first was hesitant on staying at once place that long, but I have been nothing but impressed. The staff is always friendly, each and every morning. The shuttle drivers are always willing to go the extra mile. Did laundry twice and besides a couple of broken machines, always got the job done. It was nice having a full size kitchen to cook in. Would stay again.

Pretty nice place to stay in Salt Lake, room was nice, clean, and was cleaned almost every day. The staff was great, needed a spatula and the fantastic assistant general manager educated me on the difference between an egg spatula, and a grilled cheese spatula, and had one to spare. They also have an outdoor grill which is super nice and a nice patio area.
All in all I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in this area. Would highly recommend.

My flight was canceled due to crew staffing issues and I was put up here at the Resident Inn Motel. The staff was very polite and pleasant, their continental breakfast was very delicious and their shuttle drivers were very helpful and efficient as well. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would do so again in the future if I find the need to stay in Salt Lake City

The Good: The hotel was really comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good, but nothing special. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is an airport shuttle, which is always nice, and the hotel is located only minutes away from the airport (about 10).

The Bad: There are not a lot of places to eat at near by, so plan on getting food to prepare at the hotel, or get food on your way to the hotel.

The Ugly: Not a thing.

Absolutely fantastic experience - rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I have never stayed in a hotel that treated me with the amount of respect that they did. I really can’t say enough about the staff and I hope to stay here again in the future. Again, thank you.

There's not much shopping or restaurants directly around the hotel, but they are only a short drive away. The room was wonderful, quiet, clean, comfortable and modern. A full kitchen made it perfect for our week long stay. There were an amazing amount of cupboards and shelves. I would definitely stay here again, especially for an extended stay.

Had a very nice stay here. The room was great. We got the studio. The kitchen was handy. It even had a toaster. The room felt nice and open. The pool and hot tub were great. We went both days of our stay just to soak in the hot tub and relax. The staff were very nice and helpful. They gave us extra towels and some toiletries that we forgot to bring. They gave us a late checkout as well. The breakfast was nice. We even took some up to our room. Very nice place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We chose it because it was the same price as the Fairfield and Springhill with our AAA member discount.

Went to spend the night here. The location is perfect and close to the airport. We had a shuttle who took us back and forth. They also provide a complimentary breakfast. Bed and room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and large room. Functional kitchen. Laundry room on premise. $1.50 wash, $1.50 dry and secure. I didn't have to worry about my clothes walking off. Housekeeping doesn't mess with your stuff. Quite location and excellent staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Salt Lake City Hotel by the Airport. The property is very clean, the service is awesome, the front desk is friendly and very accommodating and the location is great because you can be in Downtown Salt Lake City in 10 minutes but you get to stay in a more peaceful location than Downtown. We actually stayed twice as we were traveling to other areas and each of the two stays was awesome. Breakfast and weekday social hour are a plus. Highly recommend this property when staying in Salt Lake City.

My first room was near the freeway. I called and was swapped to another room without questions or hassle. Even on a sold out day! Rooms were clean and well decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety for breakfasts.

Soft comfy bed and beautiful suite. The front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. If I'm ever stuck or just visiting SLC, I'm definitely staying here again.
