We were in the area for apple picking and discovered this dog friendly gem of a restaurant. There are outside sitting arrangements by the river, our dog loved it. The food took longer to arrive but when they did, they were amazing. We tried Thai curry bowl and chicken sandwich. Definitely worth a shot if you’re in that locality.

We discovered this restaurant while exploring Sperryville. We loved it! The staff were so kind, answered all of our questions, and were very helpful! I'm Vegetarian, two others are Vegan, and one eats meat. Happily a lot of the items were Vegan, which worked for us all! The food was absolutely delicious! The Pad Thai was great, according to my mother in law. Mine was fabulous but I can't remember the name of it! Sitting outside by the creek was perfect! We all enjoyed our meals, the ambiance and the staff. We will be returning!

Perfect spot to grab a bite to eat after visiting skyline drive. Indoor and outdoor seating. Menu is short but options are impressive and great tasting at very decent price.

Beautiful beautiful place to sit down, relax, eat on your way back from Shenandoah to DC. For us, it was a great place to charge our EV.
Located by the river, they serve very healthy food. Tried the Greek plate and it was yummy. Couldn't have asked for a better place to rejuvenate.

Very nice cafe. They have a great menu. Order and pay at the counter after you find a seat. Had an excellent chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll. My guest had smoked salmon on a ciabatta as well.
The coleslaw was really good. A great combination of flavor but not overpowered with vinegar.
It looked like they had a good breakfast menu as well.
Coffee, beer and bar stuff available.
The seating out back by the river looked very nice for kids and dogs.

Just of Rt 211, it's a unique location for quality food and beverages. The owner clearly established a solid love for creating clean foods and products that please most palates. We had the cauliflower pizza and the BBQ pork sandwich. Both were delicious and we would choose them again. I'm not a cauliflower pizza liker but this one was very tasty and hot. The service was very good and friendly. We sat by the river and enjoyed the view with the butterflies and flowers.

We stopped here to charge my car and for a bite just before the kitchen closed. The staff were so kind. The Panang curry was absolutely divine! I appreciated the all vegetarian menu, the hot sauce station, and good beer selection. Cute place, family friendly, a nice find for this area- we will definitely be back!

Hidden gem! What a great place to have top-tier food right after the camp. Really enjoyed the backyard with a stream, and their coffee was one of the best I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing missing from this post is pictures… my wife and I stopped here, yesterday, on our way through and were blown away by this gem of a place! We ordered the Mediterranean plate which included pickled carrots and red peppers that will make you question everything you thought you knew about vegetables. The falafel was not only the best we ever had, but I’m fairly certain a better recipe does not exist for falafel. We also ordered the taco bowl and could not believe the flavors that were present in every bite! We will definitely return to try more of their options on our next trip, and we even left with honey for her father which was produced by bees they had onsite! Thank you for such an unbelievably authentic establishment in a this modern landscape of convenience and speed.

On our way out to Luray, as we passed this quaint place, a whole hearted decision was made to stop on the way back.
An excellent choice it was. Friendly service, really nice cafe atmosphere, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. You order from the counter as soon as you walk in, menus to your left. We ordered the Fig chicken sandwich on ciabatta, a delicious fig jam, goat cheese and caramelized onions. My GF had the Banh Mi on French bread. She chose chicken and it’s served with tofu, veggies, jalapeño cilantro and a light amour of their special Mayo. We also had their specialty sodas, mine was ginger, sooo good and here was ginger with lemon, with pieces of fresh ginger. Food did take a bit longer than normal, but the wait was worth it, especially since they did acknowledge that, it came right out. Bathrooms were clean and we will be back.

We've been here plenty of times but we stopped in today on a busy, holiday weekend. Out of all the restaurants in the area this one definitely has the widest variety. Great vegetarian options as well. Love the outdoor seating near the stream.

I was there with a friend just yesterday. The food was delicious. LOVE the salad I chose with breakfast. Was thinking would be a small salad with a few greens. It was a beautifully plated salad (work of art) with lots of fresh leafy greens, fresh tomatoes, deliciously fresh, thinly sliced red onions, sliced carrot strings and the most delicious dressing I’ve ever tasted. Also, the sausages were the perfect size and not greasy. Absolutely delicious. You should open a B & B. I would stay there for days as the location is scenic AND easily accessible. THANK YOU ALL for the quality service, hosting at the front, the cook, the food plater, AND the food server.

The manager was very friendly, The menu is diverse, and the food was very good. Came here in the winter so didn't have an opportunity to eat outside. It's not cheap by any stretch but the food is of high quality

Had breakfast while staying in Luray. Made the drive based on the reviews and food and it did not disappoint. Everything is fresh! Locally sourced and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is fairly small so seating is limited. They have a small gift shop with various items for sale. Service was great and the food came out quickly! Large portion sizes guaranteed to leave you satisfied.

I photographed an elopement at Little Stony Man in Shenandoah National Park and this was the perfect spot to meet up with the couple. The staff was very friendly, the coffee and food menu looked great, and there's the cutest little shop to mill around in while waiting.

We found this gorgeous little spot after hiking White Oak Canyon.

Location: so picturesque, picnic tables by a babbling brook (no indoor seating currently, but the bathrooms are available to use), and they have individual seat heaters they will bring out for you after you pick your seats! In the middle of November, with the sun shining and our seat heaters on, it was lovely. Options are limited out that way, and finding this was such a joy.

Food: they offer an impressive (mid-range prices) selection featuring a variety of sandwiches, but also including more unique fare like cauliflower pizza and panang curry (which is what I chose). Their drink menu was varied, and included a variety of teas (which was nice for me, since I don’t drink coffee), I got the English breakfast and they brought out a generous (16 or 18 oz) mug, with loose leaf tea, including a straining basket and a topper for steeping, local fresh honey and milk (by request). I typically won’t try Thai food if it’s not from a Thai restaurant, but it seemed like a nice option for a chilly day, so I went for it. My friend got the cauliflower pizza. Neither of us were disappointed. I loved the variety of veggies (carrots, squash, snap peas, eggplant, etc) in the curry, in addition to the fresh pulled chicken, and the roasted peanuts gave it a warm smoky flair.

All in all, it was lovely. I hope they figure out a warmer seating option for the winter months, because I’d love to go back. But if I had to, I’d order and eat in my car. Can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu!

I had the wonderful Breakfast Báhn mì accompanied with a delicious Lavender Latte. This place has a great atmosphere with that guilt free feeling that only the off grid lifestyle can provide! Will absolutely return next visit to Sperryville!

Amazing Green place; We were returning from Shenandoah and looking for a place to stop to eat; Here, we found an excellent tasty curry chicken crossan, a "good" coffee, and a "natural" environment to boost the energy to return home

Place is so great for our toddler and the rest of us. Yummy veggie food; nice walks and seating by the stream, charge the car. Love it, on the way up or down the mountain and while visiting Sperryville.

Delicious food! Incredible find, right as you exit Shenandoah. Very cool shop inside too. And they have an electric car charger! Definitely worth a stop, much better than the food served at the Shenandoah lodges so we were very happy to find off the grid. We will be back!
