Eliane working the cash register and customer service here provided amazing support and I'm happy with her service. She was efficient, attentive and super patient with me. I bought a lot of stuff and paid for it and then realized I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot to use. It was black Friday, one of their busiest days and with not even a hint of hesitation, she went through a return of every single item I had bought and rescanned each of those with the 10% off coupon. That's going above and beyond! It was a 10% drop in what I paid them, but Timberland now earned a customer for life! She's an asset to Timberland!

We had an incredible experience with Garret and Julie. It would have been easier if we had not brought the wrong receipt. They helped us immediately. Garrett and Julie worked for 30 minutes helping us track down the transaction on their register system and really helped us. It was an above and beyond moment for our return and prompted us to but another pair of boots. This product is always been great but it's people like Garrett and Julie that truly make a business great. The big burley staff member was awesome to me. He was telling me all about how boots wear in different situations, materials, hell he was even telling me about flash floods, motorcyclists, and clay. Very pleasurable time

I was just looking around but the staff informed of the current sale and my just looking became full fledged shopping. This store had a good selection to choose from. I was able to get my son boots and a hoodie for under a $100. The staff was great.

The Winter discounts in March (75%+ off) is greatly needed and appreciated. Value of items are still top notch. Quality of items does not cheapen.

Earlier this evening i called the store looking for some steel toe boots. Chris answered the phone he politely told me no the store doesn't carry any at that location. Now most would have stop the conversation right there but he proceeded to try to find the boot i was looking for when I told him online didn't have my size. Come to find out he purchased the boot that i wanted in the size that was available and told me that it seem to fit better. He also went over your 30 comfort guarantee. Letting me know that I could return them if I needed too. This gentleman spent time with me even though I was on the phone most would say if you come in we would be glad to help. Chris went above what I was expecting.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they sold out of the size we needed. Understandable during the holidays.
