They are very helpful. They also have the gluten-free equivalent to nutty buddy but without the nuts and the ice cream is non-dairy. I love them. They are the reason for my dedication of the Electric Road location.

This is a hidden jewel in downtown Salem! They have so many healthy items and the girls are exceptional! Their knowledge, compassion and drive to help others is over the top! Courtney took so much time with me ON THE PHONE the first time educating me on products I needed info on- WITHOUT THE GUARANTEE of a sale either! That is amazing customer service, the kind that keeps you coming back. You don't just shop- you make friends that really want to help you! I love this store!

I love visiting Nature’s Outlet in Salem. I have Multiple Sclerosis and was looking for supplements that specifically help the symptoms in MS. Courtney always takes so much time with me in finding what will work for my symptoms. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help, every single time. That’s what I love about this store versus others, her time and effort to find exactly what is right for me is priceless. Courtney really is an asset and makes me feel at ease with the products I’m getting. She never steers me wrong. My neurologist is very pleased with the regimen that she has put me on and needless to say, I feel so much better! Thank you, Courtney and Nature’s Outlet for providing the knowledge and supplements for me to live my best life with this disease.

Sometimes hard to find parking on Main St. Knowledgeable staff.

Looks like good stuff but prices can definitely be shopped for. I was looking for an 8 ounce bottle that would have been the price of the 4 ounce that she had in stock. She was polite and asked if I wanted her to order the 8 ounce and I can only imagine what the price would have been for that. I would come back but prices were a LOT more than I'm used to spending.

If money is no object this could be 5 star.
